MISSION STATEMENT
GALA-GLBTSA is a recognized member organization that focuses on issues dealing with gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and straight alliance individuals. Meetings provide a fun, informational, and educational setting to meet other students with shared interests. We provide educational panels and presentations to residence halls as well as classrooms. GALA-GLBTSA also hosts a number of events throughout the year including National Coming Out Day, AIDS Awareness Week, Freedom to Marry Day, Day of Silence, and Pride Fest. We not only educate but also provide a relaxed, supportive, and fun environment for our members.
