At first, Bootskill seemed a friendly if not somewhat frumpy Dwarf who smithed simple Gardjieftan muskets, but that would all change after he fed Raven/Wren and Ari'Seleara ate a soup made of his own flesh.
He was, in truth, a creature called a "Fabricant" and had infected the heroes with his disease. Slowly, over the course of seven days, their bodies changed to alien mechanicanations, and they awoke with a newfound hatred for the living.
Due to their strength and Bootskill's negligence, the heroes escaped from their cell and put an end to Bootskill - or so they had thought.
Now he hunts for Ari'Seleara and Raven/Wren ceaselessly.
Recently, he found them in a dream created by Joker/Johnny Yale - wielding a strange weapon of some magical origin.
(NOTE: This weapon might have been able to produce the strange burn marks found on the bodies in Feng - the bodies kept in the church there. Just another mystery left unsolved.) |
