Administration
For
a flat rate of $9.99 we will attempt to fix any problems that
occur on your network. This flat rate is set for a fixed number
(2) hours of maximum work time. For every hour beyond that there
is an additional fee of $3.99 per hour. Every package comes with
one month of free administration. But please note that we are
not always able to quickly leave our office and come to your home
so this free administration will be done over the phone.
