back to Ellis's Page
At six weeks of age, the puppies are fully fledged, if not fully grown, Westies.  They are outside with the big guys and are no longer confied to the special pen of last week. They sleep  out in the open where ever they can find a spot.
Stay watching for further progress....

1st February - The girls are six weeks old and they are out with the big guys
...........
The girls still come inside for their meals, to play with the Cloughley girls, and to be cuddled.  Socialization is very important at this stage and they never miss an opportunity of being handled by a new person.
9th February.  Photos were taken yesterday when the girls were found playing in the garden.  They are now just seven weeks.  A choice needs to be made very soon as to which one will stay with Redinbin Kennels and which one will venture on to a new home.  Meanwhile they are lively and gorgeous and very much into the human contact when they can get it.
Next week - will their ears be up?
Place your bets.
8 weeks and 3 days
India stays.....
.......
It is at this stage of puppyhood that you could be taking your puppy home.
It is not uncommon for breeders to hold puppies to 12 weeks so that they can pick the best breeder potential.
.......
The slightly smaller of the two girls, now called India, will stay with the Redinbrin Kennel.
One more photo next week should show the ears up
Join us then.
