Memorable moment  

 The day when Verizon interviewed me. 

 Campus Interview 2003 : 

 College of Engineering, Trivandrum, Kerala, India.

When asked "Where do you find yourself after two years"

I said "I don't know where I will be after two years, but

after 5 or 6 years, I'll be in Oracle not as DBA* but as a

Linux administrator. Because Oracle is shifting to Linux 

and I need time to grow". Immediately after the HR interview 

when I told the incidents to my friends and teachers, they

all said what a big mistake I have made - Speaking about 

Oracle in Verizon's interview !!. Some teachers though said 

that it all depends on the interviewer - in what sense he/she

takes the matter. I gave up all hopes and went back to our

department lab. Then a friend came rushing and said that 

I was selected :D I cannot forget that day.
