Bus
First mind controll a civilian bus and fill it with troops, send it into an allied base (they will not fire on it) unload your troops and have a field day!!!
Mad cow
First, (obviously) find a cow, using a yuri mind controll the cow now with crazy ivan plant some explosives on it and send it into the enemy base!
Yuri guard
As a good base protection surround your base with yuri's this will stop nearly all attacks and will build you an army for free!
Devious
I find that the easiest way to beat the computer on brutal is to rob him! Thats right just bung a spy into his ore refinary and you will have a huge amount of cash. Then just build a massive army!
