These two boards were a bit different for me- in the process of making that is. I used an exacto-knife for carving because I wanted a more organic and raw look to the designs. There is a third that was created for a good friend, however instead of blues, it was done in varying shades of red.
The symbol was one that I had in a dream, I still cannot figure out what it means, but I was inspired to use it in a painting. as far as I could see, it was a combination of the astrological symbols for Taurus and for Jupiter. After that....?
