BITTER GOURD( KAKARAKAYA)CURRY
INGREDIENTS METHOD
Cut the bittergourd (KAKARAKAYA)
into small pieces.
sprinkle salt onthat and put it aside.
cut the onions onto fine pieces.
take a pan and pour someoil inthat.
meanwhile wash kakarakaya pieces and squeeze them and putthem aside.
When oil heats, add mustard, jeera,asafotidaand turmeric.
After add onion pieces and frythem 5 min.
Later add kakarakaya pieces and add salt tothat.
Let them fry somemore min.
Finally add sugar and mixwell.

SALT - as required
CHILLI POWDER -1tsp
SUGAR - 2tsp
JEERA - 1tsp
OIL -3tsp
BOTTLE GOURD ( SORAKAYA)
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
Cut the bottle gourd into small pieces.
Cut the mirch horizontally.
Take a pan and poursome oil put it on the stove.
When it heats add mustard seeds, turmeric ,uraddal ,hing and curryleaves.
After add mirch pieces and bottle gourd pieces.
After add milk and letthem fry for 10min
Finally add salt and switchoff thestove.
Bottle gourd - 1medium.
mirch - 3 small
Salt - as required
Milk - 1cup
SPINACH WITH TOMATO
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Cut the spinach into small pieces.
Chop onions in smallpieces.
Cut the mirch and tomatos into small pieces.
Wash the spinach and putthem aside.
First take a pan and pour oil and heat them
After add Mustard,uraddal,turmeric hing and curryleaves.
Later add onion and mirch pieces and fry them 5min.
After add spinach and tomato pieces and add salt.
Frythem for 10min.
Finally add chillipowder and light sugar.
Switch off thestove.
ITS DELICIOUS.

OKRA( BENDAKAYA)
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Wash okra and wipeit and putit aside.
Cut the onions and mirch into smallpieces.
Take a pan pour oil and putthat onthe stove.
When it heats add mustard,uraddal,hing,turmeric,red mirch, curryleaves and peanuts.
Later add onions frythem 5min.
After add okra and add salt .
Frythem for 10 min.
Finally add mirch powder and mixwell.
