Pizza

One recipe of Pizza Dough
One recipe of No-Cheese Spread
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 onion, sliced into thin rings
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin rings
1 zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch rounds
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 15-oz. can unsweetened tomato pure
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano

In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic, and cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the salt and the pepper, and remove from the heat.

In a small bowl, stir the tomato pure, basil, and oregano to mix.

Roll out the Pizza Dough and place it on a lightly oiled 14-inch pizza pan (see the pizza dough recipe). Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and arrange the cooked vegetables on top. Drop the No-Cheese Spread by teaspoon-full over the vegetables.

Bake on the lowest rack of a 450F oven until the bottom of the crust is brown and crisp, 15 to 20 minutes.
