4 c. love                                                                                 5 Tbsp. hope    
2 c. loyalty                                                                             2 Tbsp. tenderness
3 c. forgiveness                                                                    4 qt. faith
1 c. friendship                                                                       1 barrel laughter

Take love and loyalty; mix it thoroughly with faith. Blend it with tenderness, kindness and understanding. Add friendship and hope; sprinkle abundantly with laughter. Bake it with sunshine. Serve daily with generous helpings.
                                                 Artichoke Frittata

2 Tbsp. olive oil                                                         2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/2 c. chopped onion                                                1/2 tsp. salt
1 clove mashed garlic                                              1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts                                1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. bread crumbs                                                 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 lb. shredded swiss cheese                                 4 eggs
1/4 lb. shredded cheddar cheese

Saute onion and garlic in oil, till limp. Remove from heat. Drain and chop artichoke hearts; add to onion and garlic. Beat eggs; add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased 7 x 11 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Let cool first, then cut in squares. Good for parties or holidays as appetizers.
                                               Stuffed Bacon Rolls
1 tsp. minced onion                                                   1 egg, well beaten, plus enough
1 stick butter                                                                  milk to measure 1 cup
1 pkg. stuffing mix                                                     Bacon

Saute onion in butter; stir in stuffing mix. Remove from heat; add liquid and mix
thoroughly. Wrap 1 full teaspoon in 1/2 strip bacon. Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake at 450 degrees until bacon cooks.
                                                  Creamy Stuffed Celery
3 stalks celery
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet pickle
1 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
1-1/2 tsp. mayonnaise

Wash celery, and cut into 3 inch pieces. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Stuff the celery pieces with cream cheese mixture. Yield; 9 celery pieces.
                                                         Cheese Ball
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 pkg. pressed ham or beef
4 green onions
Chopped nuts (optional)

Chop onions and meat; mix into cream cheese and roll into ball. Optional: Roll in chopped nuts.
