Cheese Ball 1 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 bunch green onions 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 small jar Armour dried beef 1 small jar olives
Mix 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cream cheese, olives (chopped) and green onions (chopped); roll into ball. Chop up dried beef (blender does perfectly) and roll cheese in the dried beef. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Serve with crackers (Sociables, Town House, or you favorite). Optional ingredients: Pecans, chives, pimento. |

Cheese Ball 2 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese 1/4 or 5 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 c. each finely chopped bell pepper and onion 2 c. pecans, chopped 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt ( use a little more)
Whip up cream cheese with a fork until creamy. Put in all ingredients except 1 cup pecans; mix and form in ball and roll in remaining pecans. Wrap in aluminum foil and let it set overnight. (This is very important, so onion and bell pepper taste will not be so strong.) |

Cheese Ball 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. minced onion 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 (4 oz.) cans deviled ham 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Beat cheese and mayonnaise until smooth; stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover; chill several hours. Form into a ball; roll in nuts to coat. |

Blue Cheese Ball 8 oz. cream cheese 1/4 c. chopped onion 2 oz. blue cheese 2 Tbsp. dried parsley 3 Tbsp. chopped celery 2 Tbsp. dried chives (optional)
Mix all ingredients; form in ball. Roll in chopped pecans or walnuts; chill. |

Cheese Balls 1 stick oleo 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates 3 c. plain flour 8 oz. cheddar cheese Dash of salt Pecan halves
Grate cheese. Melt butter; mix cheese and butter. Add flour and salt; mix well. Pinch off little bit of dough. Put half dates and half of the pecans and wrap around with dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |

Cheese Crisps 2 cups grated sharp cheese 2 c. chopped pecans or 2 c. Rice 2 or 3 drops of Tabasco sauce Krispies (I prefer Rice Krispies) 2 c. plain flour 1 (8 oz.) stick margarine
Cream margarine; add grated cheese. Add flour, Tabasco and Rice Krispies. Roll in small balls about the size of a quarter. Flatten with fork. Sprinkle with paprika; bake 10-12 minutes in 350 degree oven (until light brown). Bake on ungreased pan. |
