                                                 Beef And Olive Spread

2-1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/4 to 1/2 c. dry white wine (sauterne)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced (dried) beef
1/2 c. chopped pimento stuffed olives

Soften minced onion in wine. Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add wine-onion mixture. Snip finely the sliced beef and add to mixture; add olives. Chill, but serve at room temperature with crackers. Chill any leftover spread.
                                                                    Beef Dip

1 small jar dried beef
4 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper

Wash and dry beef, then roll again and finely slice beef. Add cream cheese, onion and pepper.  Warm in microwave until softened. Add sour cream.  Can be served warm or chilled.
                                                          Best Ever Burgers

1 pouch onion soup mix
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. water
1 egg

In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients. Shape mixture into 8 patties. Use grill or broil in oven.
                                                        Bolts, Nuts And Screws

1 lb. pecans
1 large box Cheerios
1 medium box stick pretzels
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 box Wheat Chex
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. margarine

Melt butter; add Worcestershire sauce and salt. Add to butter; mix well. Pour all cereals, nuts and pretzels
in a large roaster pan; mix well. Pour butter mixture over cereals; mix well. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour;  stir every 15 minutes.
                                                           Candied Nuts

2 c. raw peanuts or pecans
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all the ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat until all liquid is gone (stirring constantly). Put on a cookie sheet and bake in a 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Stir and bake for 15 minutes longer. Cool  and store in airtight container.
                                                 Candy Coated Peanuts

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed lightly
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. water
About 2 c. raw peanuts

Put furst 3 ingredients in a large skillet. Add peanuts. Cook till liquid is absorbed and peanuts are coated and dry. After cooking for a few minutes on high, turn heat to medium.
                                                   Charlie's Party Mix

2 c. Cheerios
1 c. pretzels
1 c. salted nuts
1/2 c. margarine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. Rice Chex
2 c. Corn Chex
1 tsp. soy sauce

Melt margarine in electric skillet. Stir in seasonings. Add cereals and stir well. Cook for 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
