                                          Cheddar And Cream Cheese Spread

1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Can also add 1/4 cup of one/several for different flavors:
Olives
Pineapple (crushed)
Dried beef
Diced ham
Chopped shrimp
Sweet pickles
Pecans
Onion

Mix first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. Use as a spread for crackers or for small sandwiches.
                                                                Cheese Ball

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. liquid smoke

Have cheese at room temperature. Blend thoroughly in mixer with mayonnaise. (Helps to have cheddar in small pieces.) Season to taste with the following (approximate amounts given): 2 tsp. horseradish, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tsp. liquid smoke. Line mold with plastic wrap before chilling
for ease in removing. Chill well and turn out on plate.
                                                                Cheese Ball

8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Blue cheese
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. crushed red peppers
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. dry beef or sandwich ham, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Let cream cheese soften o room temperature. Mix all ingredients together in bowl, except pecans. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Form into a ball and roll in pecans.
                                                              Cheese Ball

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Blue cheese
1 small jar Old English sharp cheese
1 small onion, minced
Garlic flakes
1/3 c. crushed pecans

Soften cheeses and mix together; add onion and garlic. Chill until cool enough to form a ball. Roll ball in pecans and refrigerate until ready to use. Can also be frozen and thawed to use later.
                                                     Cheese Ball

1 small jar Kraft pimento cheese
1 small jar Kraft Old English cheddar or sharp cheese
1 pkg. shredded cheddar (mild or sharp)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (let get to room temperature)

Mix all ingredients well. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper to taste. Make ball; roll in pecans.
                                                 Cheese Ball

1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small grated onion
1/4 to 1/2 chopped bell pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt
1 small jar pimientos
1 small jar dried beef

Mix all ingredients together, except the dried beef. Shape into 2 balls. Shred dried beef in blender until fine. Roll cheese balls in the dried beef until well coated. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill or they can be frozen. Serve with favorite crackers.
