| When you enter a courtroom displaying a gold or yellow fringed flag, you have just entered into a foreign country, and you better have your passport with you, because you may not be coming back to the land of the free for a long time. The judge sitting under a gold or yellow fringe flag becomes the "captain" or "master" of that ship or enclave and he has absolute power to make the rules as he goes. The gold or yellow fringe flag is your warning that you are leaving your Constitutionally secured RIGHTS on the floor outside the door to that courtroom. This is exactly why so many judges are appointed, and not elected by the people. The Federal judges are appointed by the President, the national military commander in chief. The State judges are appointed by the Governors, the state military commanders. The judges are appointed because the courts are military courts and civilians do not "elect" military officers. Under martial law, you are presumed guilty until proven innocent. The gold-fringed flag only stands inside military courts that sit in summary court martial proceedings against civilians and such courts are governed in part by local rules, but more especially by "The Manual of Courts Martial", U.S., 1994 Ed., at Art. 99, (c)(1)(b), pg. IV-34, PIN 030567-0000, U.S. Government Printing Office, Wash. D.C. The details of the crimes that civilians can commit, that are classed as 'Acts of War,' cover 125 pages in the Manual of Courts Martial. Under Article IV, section 3, of the Constitution for the united States of America, no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State. So -- Why have the judges of the State and Federal courts been allowed to erect foreign enclaves within our public courthouses under a foreign flag with the yellow fringe upon the soil of your state? We just thought you would like to know, so that the next time you see this yellow fringed flag you will know what you are looking at and what it really means. If you are in Spain and you see the National Flag of Spain, you would know that you are under the jurisdiction of Spain; and their laws govern you at this time. You are officially NOTICED when you see their flag. This is an admiralty law that says that all who see this flag understand they are governed by the laws of the country that this flag represents. You SHOULD understand that the gold or yellow fringed flag signifies the same thing. It is a notice to you that you are under the rules and regulations of the military force that is flying that flag. Down To Basics The room was large and dimly lit. The heavy beat of frantic drums pounded off the walls, making the entire room vibrate. Red and blue lights flashed in time. Hundreds and hundreds of black, half-naked bodies writhed and undulated, their long black arms waving wildly in the air as they jumped and leaped and capered about in wild, animal abandon. In front was a small raised stage crowded with a good fifty more sweating, wildly jumping jigaboos, eyes bulging whitely out of ugly black faces. They screamed obscenities and blasphemies as they chanted about their love of bestial acts and animal desires. Evil-faced, haughty black females gave mean, aggressive looks as they turned and shook their bare asses at everyone in the most obscene ways imaginable, butt cheeks slamming open and shut like the jaws of some ravenous beast. Their wild, bushy hair looked like the halos of demons as they radiated evil. The excitement rose to a fever pitch as this black horde increased its animal spasms, jumping and leaping and screaming as if they were all fighting invisible flames... There was evil and hate in every face. Evil, cruelty and haughtiness. There was no love here. No compassion, no spirituality, only animal lust and hate. I was staring in horror at a nightmare come to life... A scene out of Hell itself or perhaps Dante's Inferno? No, just another typical show on BET, the "Black Entertainment Network". The obscene filth this so-called "network" is allowed to air is beyond the scope of decency and civilized society. It's the very depths of liberal depravity and what they consider "freedom of expression". We used to call it filth. It shows the true nature of "Coonus Americanus". Anyone who watches a few minutes of that evil and tells me that blacks think and feel like any normal human being is either a damned fool or a liar. This is what blacks consider entertainment. This is how they conduct themselves if allowed. Without white laws and white man's order to contain them, they immediately sink back down to their animal roots. Africa comes rushing back in, like a backed up toilet. And they love it. Like a dog returning to its vomit, a negro will always run not walk, back to the nearest source of evil... And this fundamental difference between us is why there can never be common ground between us, and why any contact with that species always degrades ours. Or like my father used to say, "You can't wallow in shit without getting some on you." A lot of blacks scream we hate them because of their color. True, their looks are offensive as hell, but it runs much deeper than that. They honestly don't see anything wrong with the way they think or live, and that is the real difference between us. Most aren't mentally capable of comprehending the problem with their nature. We will always be enemies. This is what the naive' liberals can't grasp and what the Jews already know. Blacks were deliberately introduced into American society to create chaos. And they've done exactly that since Day One. The Jews used greed as the bait to get them here, promising cheap labor. But in the end only the Jews profited, while our race has been paying for it ever since. Blacks have always been far more trouble than they're worth, a constant liability. They don't produce or contribute anything as a race. All they do is cost society dearly in services, freebees, crime and incarceration. And this doesn't take into account all the millions of white lives they've wrecked over the past 300 years. The cost has been horrendous. And yet they have the brass to claim they're the victims? A negro complaining always reminds me of a swollen leech complaining about the flavor of the blood it's sucking from my butt. That's because they're a race of parasites. I don't care what country you go to, wherever blacks have been imported they behave exactly the same. The language they speak is immaterial. They all act the same. Steal, rob, kill, and chase white women. It's what they do... Sure, there's some decent ones, but for every good, hard working black there's fifty-thousand hellions standing behind him. And even the good ones will protect the bastards among them because after all, they're blood... Whites will turn in one of there own if he's gone bad, but not a negro and neither will a wetback. This means none of them can be trusted. None... Because as long as clan overrides morals and law, a race is animal. Only a truly advanced race honors right and wrong over everything else, and whites are the only race on this planet that does... We will never change them or control them, we can only jail them or kill them. We all know that these are our only options. They can't and won't be disciplined and they're not afraid of jail or the cops, because the liberals have put into place so many laws protecting the rights of the criminals that the victims are victimized twice: first by the coon and then by the courts as the guilty buck is either set loose on society with a slap on the wrist, or sent to jail with such a light sentence that the entire trial was a waste of time and money. In the old days when an uppety negro "went native" on you and tore up the neighborhood, the cops would catch him and beat the living hell out of him, putting the fear of God into the lowlife. Now they have to be careful not to bump his nappy head as they put him in the squad car, even if he's just raped and murdered a little white girl. Otherwise it'll be the cop who gets prosecuted and sued for everything he owns. This is madness. This is liberal\Jew evil at its finest as it corrupts our courts and laws, making a travesty of true justice and decent behavior. Why should any negro fear the cops or jail now? He's going to get treated like a king. Three good meals, air conditioning, medical, showers, TV, movies, a canteen where he can buy goodies and more drugs than he could get on the outside. Plus he makes all the criminal connections he needs to get even worse once he's out again. The other day I watched some buck in a stolen car. He ran as the cops chased him, side-swiping several other cars and trashing innocent people's vital transportation as he tried to avoid capture. Then he blows up the stolen car's engine and carjacks another one. He wrecks that one too and car jacks a third one, leaving a wake of destruction behind him. They finally catch him after he rolls and destroys his third stolen car, then runs like a jackrabbit from the scene. All you could see of the black bastard were his white Nikes as he beat feet. He leaped a six-foot wall in a single jump, but there was a cop waiting on the other side..lol. And how was this animal treated after doing all this self-centered mayhem? The cops called him "sir". SIR? I'd have beat that damned negro half to death on the spot. And this is what all our cops should be doing to these animals and wetbacks alike. An example needs to be made out of them because they don't possess any morals or conscience, therefore you have to use the most basic of deterrents: fear. There are many small towns and cities now where small groups of friends have banded together to form vigilante squads. They prowl the trouble spots at night where the darkies are known to cause the most grief. And whenever they catch one in the act they don't call the cops. Their ski masks go down and the bats come out, and they leave the bastard beaten near the point of death as an example to his bros. And the tactic is working. In many of these places the crime rate has dropped like a stone as loads of negros and wetbacks pack up and leave town. Of course if the cops catch them the liberal courts will crucify them, but that's the risk you have to take if you want to beat the Jews at their own game. One day soon it'll be the liberals and Jews standing in the defendant's box as they're tried for high treason and crimes against humanity. Until then we fight with every tool we can dream up. | OPEN LETTER TO THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS BY THE SURVIVORS OF THE USS LIBERTY
December 26, 2007 I have been writing letters to our elected officials for the past 20 years, trying to get a congressional investigation into the deliberate attack on the USS LIBERTY on June 8, 1967 by the government of Israel. This atrocity and cold-blooded murder of America�s sons on the high seas was an act of war against the United States of America, not to mention the numerous war crimes committed against the crew of the USS LIBERTY. Being that this is America where there exists at least a small shred of freedom, including freedom of speech and the right of redress to our government, let me speak to you then like an American, and as you read this, remember something, you asked for it. A great man once said �What you sow also shall you reap,� and with that in mind what you are about to hear from me�which mirrors the thoughts and feelings of not only my fellow crew members but also a good portion of the American people, is a badge that you have earned by your own actions, so wear it with pride. You, our elected officials, are in truth nothing but a bunch of stooges and front men for the government of Israel. Whatever Israel wants, Israel gets, no matter what. If you don�t follow their every want and need you won�t be in congress very long and you damned-well know it. The power the Israeli Lobby has over you is only slightly less sickening than what is your willingness to bow to their every damned demand. You are as guilty of murdering my shipmates as the Israelis are. You have their blood on your hands because you continue to cover up the truth concerning what happened to them. In a better time in America�s history, that would be considered treason, every bit as much as Benedict Arnold attempting to turn over West Point to the British during our own war for freedom. Were you ordinary people and not members of the US Congress your crimes would be considered accessory to murder and you would be put away for life. You took an oath to protect and serve and honor the Constitution of the United States, not to serve Israel, and yet you serve the Jewish state rather than your own nation and even when you know it�s wrong. They are your masters and always will be until you get some backbone and say �enough already�. The USS LIBERTY Veterans Association wants a Congressional investigation so that we�the survivors of the nearly-2-hour attack�can be questioned in an open and fair hearing. If an American ship were attacked by any other country, and especially by one of those other Middle Eastern countries that are on Israel�s hit-list, you know full-well that there would be investigations coming out our ears to the point where no other business in Congress would be taking place. Is this�a proper investigation into an act of war perpetrated against the people of the United States�to ask of our elected members of Congress who swore an oath of loyalty to the US by combat wounded veterans who swore an oath to protect and serve this country? Many gave their lives doing just that. But we know what is really going on here, don�t we now, Mr. or Mz. Congressperson? We all know why a proper investigation cannot be allowed to take place, which is that the truth will overcome the mountain of lies that Israel has vomited out these 40 years about the attack being a case of �mistaken identity�, and we all know what would happen once the American people found out the truth, which is that Israel would be cut off from Uncle Sam�s generous bank account, or worse. The last letter I got from my senator, Ken Salazar, on Nov. 27,2007 states as follows: �Dear Phil, Thank you for your letter regarding the 1967 attack on the U.S.S. Liberty. I appreciate hearing from you. Multiple investigations have concluded that the Israeli forces who attacked the ship mistook it for an Egyptian vessel. The Israeli and U.S. governments closed the case in 1987, and the Israeli government has paid more that $13 million in reparations. At this time, I do not think an additional investigation is necessary. Again, thank you for writing. Sincerely, Ken Salazar United States Senator This was the standard form letter all of you send out to the survivors and the public. In fact, there has been only one investigation through the Board of Inquiry, which was a sham and cover-up for Israel. Look in the congressional record, senator, and show me where and when all of these �investigations� took place. You can�t, and for one simple reason�THERE NEVER HAS BEEN ANY, NOT ONE. What you wrote me was a bold face lie and what that makes you sir is a liar, despite your undeserved title of �Honorable�. The proof of this is that a letter was sent from the Department of the Navy in response to an inquiry by Congressman Robert Simmons from Connecticut. His inquiry was made on March 16, 2005 and it clearly states that the Navy�s 5-day sham investigation is the ONLY investigation ever made by the U.S. Government, period! Check with your colleague for verification. One of the men who signed off on the Board of Inquiry, Captain Ward Boston, has recently come forward and said the Board of Inquiry was a lie which he was ordered to produce. That order came from none other than Admiral John S. McCain, Jr, Senator McCain�s father and the inquiry that should have lasted at least 6 months by Navy standards took less than ten days. The money Israel paid our government for the attack was given to them by the U.S. Israel was out nothing, not one a dime. The ship alone was worth $40 million, for God�s sake. Don�t you think that this alone is proof of the US being short-changed? But then, this is what always happens when you deal with Israel, and what we don�t give her willingly she steals by spying. Case in point, Jonathan Pollard, and who knows how many others. By the way, Senator Salazar, in your letter you did not even mention a word about the men murdered that day or the wounded, nor did you say a kind word to their families for the heartaches they have endured these last 40 years. That in itself is disgusting and disrespectful towards the men and women who wear the uniform of the U.S. military. Shame on you. You won�t honor our fallen heroes, you could care less. I can say one thing for certain though, which is that had you been there that day and experienced what we experienced or had you lost a son or brother as a result of �our friend� Israel, you would not be so quick to give her a clean bill of health. To all of you in Congress, once the American public finds out that you have been covering up for the government of Israel and our government, you will all be looking for new jobs, and that is putting it mildly. Nobody wants a bunch of flunkies and liars working for them and never before in the history of any nation have there been as many flunkies and liars than the US Congress today. ANALYSIS TRAITORS, COWARDS AND A �PARLIMENT OF WHORES�* What better words define and describe the disloyal and treasonous government officials, who on June 8, 1967 allowed over 200 American sailors on the unarmed U.S.S. Liberty to be murdered and wounded in broad daylight in international waters in what was a deliberate attack by Israeli aircraft and torpedo boats? Incredibly, these same subservient public officials, apparently owing their allegiance to a foreign entity, collaborated to protect a guilty Israel from public condemnation and punishment by manipulating and relegating the bloody massacre into a political black hole for four decades. TRAITORS President Lyndon B. Johnson and Sec of Defense Robert McNamara qualified as co-perpetrators in treason by ordering and executing the pull back of American aircraft responding to desperate calls from the helpless Liberty crew, and permitting the massacre to continue. Finally, the co-conspirators initiated and orchestrated a criminal cover up that remains in place to this day. | Arkansas Milita Leader Jailed On November 20, 2006, Hollis Wayne Fincher was led into the U.S. District Court in Ft. Smith, Arkansas for indictment with 11 other prisoners, six of whom were fairly young illegal Mexicans. Finding ourselves on a fact-finding mission above and beyond our expectations, the Fincher family and friends took note of how the court�s (Magistrate Beverly Stites-Jones � known to attorneys as a �hard ass�) treatment of real criminals differed from someone with no criminal history who has been labeled a �threat� to ATF agents and the court. With only 1 alien able to understand English, tax dollars paid for an interpreter for the remainder, of whom 5 were accused of meth drug charges and the lone female of identity theft. It was this writer�s understanding that the judge released them �believing� they would return for their court date on their own accord. No local media was present. In distinct contrast, 60-year-old Fincher has remained in Sebastian County jail since his arrest the morning of Nov. 8, 2006 during a raid involving federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF ) and FBI and assisted by Washington County Sheriff's Office, Fayetteville Police Department, Springdale Police Department, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas State Bomb Squad and the Madison County Sheriff's Department. Among the court�s requirements to let Fincher out on bond included handing over to the court the deed to his 120 acre farm, which has been in the Fincher family for several generations and recent value estimated at $1 million. Fincher wisely declined the judge�s offer while friends and family gather information/documents to determine if the real reason for his arrest is coincidentally connected to a county ordinance that was pushed through the following night under �emergency� after fellow objecting landowner, Don Bright was physically removed from the Quorum Court proceedings. While many folks speculate that the Fincher case is all about the militia, during the arraignment of Fincher on Nov. 13th, ATF Senior Special Agent Wade Vittitow stated under oath that Fincher�s arrest was �not about the militia�. Despite the numerous times both the ATF agent and the judge �recognized� Fincher�s free speech rights, ultimately the judge based her ruling on a secret recording made by an ATF plant during a regular weekly militia meeting where the ATF plant had made a leading statement that the judges should be awakened in the night with a gun barrel in their mouth. Fincher�s response was (paraphrased), �Be careful what you say. This building might be bugged.� Although not actually stated, the mind-reading Magistrate Beverly Stites-Jones determined that Fincher agreed with the statement and further stated, �that�s what he�s thinking right now.� Continuing her rant, she said, �I have a fear� and �do they intend to follow through?� Notice she said �they�, not �he�, a tiny slip of the lip that refers to the militia group the court AND ATF agent had already stated (under oath) was �not about the militia�. Law of the Courtroom Displayed in the courtroom of Magistrate Beverly Stites-Jones on both occasions was an Admiralty flag (gold-fringed). Do you know that at military funerals, the 21-gun salute actually stands for the sum of the numbers in the year 1776? I hope you have noticed the honor guard pays meticulous attention to correctly folding the American flag 13 times? You probably thought it was to symbolize the original 13 colonies, but we learn something new every day! Be surprised at the following only because "they" quit teaching this around 1955 in public schools. The 1st fold of our flag is a symbol of life. The 2nd fold is a symbol of our belief in eternal life. The 3rd fold is made in honor and remembrance of the veterans departing our ranks who gave a portion of their lives for the defense of our country to attain peace throughout the world. The 4th fold represents our weaker nature, for as American citizens trusting in God, it is to Him we turn in times of peace as well as in time of war for His divine guidance. The 5th fold is a tribute to our country, for in the words of Stephen Decatur, "Our Country, in dealing with other countries, may she always be right; but it is still our country, right or wrong." The 6th fold is for where our hearts lie. It is with our hearts that, "We pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States Of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all." The 7th fold is a tribute to our Armed Forces, for it is through the Armed Forces that we protect our country and our flag against all her enemies, whether they be found within or without the boundaries of our republic. The 8th fold is a tribute to the one who entered into the valley of the shadow of death, that we might see the light of day. The 9th fold is a tribute to womanhood, and Mothers. For it has been through their faith, their love, loyalty and devotion that the character of the men and women who have made this country great has been molded. The 10th fold is a tribute to the fathers, for they, too, have given their sons and daughters for the defense of our country since they were first born. The 11th fold represents the lower portion of the seal of King David and King Solomon and glorifies in the Hebrews' eyes, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The 12th fold represents an emblem of eternity and glorifies, in the Christians' eyes, God the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit. The 13th fold, or when the flag is completely folded, the stars are uppermost reminding us of our nation's motto, "In God We Trust." After the flag is completely folded and tucked in, it takes on the appearance of a cocked hat, ever reminding us of the soldiers who served under General George Washington, and the sailors and marines who served under Captain John Paul Jones, who were followed by their comrades and shipmates in the Armed Forces of the United States, preserving for us the rights, privileges and freedoms we enjoy today. There are some traditions and ways of doing things that have deep meaning. In the future, you'll see flags folded and now you will know why. Printing this out and handing a copy to those who would distribute it to school children and/or congregations is appropriate at a time such as we face today. AR Articles on Liberal Myths Jared Taylor, Special to AR News, September 21, 2007 American Renaissance News Everyone in America has now heard of Jena, Louisiana, and its alleged racial abominations. Its crimes are said to be so great that on Sept. 20, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton had to lead a massive �civil rights� march through the sleepy town of 3,000 to drag it into the modern era. Young blacks from all over the country took part, many comparing the demonstration to events in Selma or Birmingham half a century ago. It takes some digging to find out what actually happened in Jena, but we are not witnessing a return to Jim Crow. Although blacks have treated LaSalle Parish District Attorney Reed Walters like a reincarnation of Bull Connor, the more closely his actions are examined the more reasonable they seem. These events have become a rallying cry for �civil rights� for only one reason: The national media have shamelessly warped them to fit the pattern of unregenerate Southern bigotry. Here is what actually happened. The Nooses On August 30, 2006, there was a back-to-school assembly for boys only at Jena High School. An assistant principal covered rules, dress codes, etc., and called for questions. One black asked a question that was clearly a joke: Could blacks sit with whites under a particular shade tree in the school�s courtyard. Everyone in the room laughed. The assistant principal answered that, of course, anyone could sit wherever he liked. There were a number of other questions�some funny, some serious�and the assembly broke up in good spirits. National commentators have assumed whites had been keeping blacks away from the tree, but no one in Jena says this. There are places where whites often sit and places where blacks often sit, but there are no rigidly enforced boundaries. The question would not have gotten a big laugh if there had been tension about who could sit under the tree. The next day, Aug. 31, the first students to arrive at school found nooses (some reports say three, some say two) hanging from the tree. Administrators immediately took them down, and the majority of students, who arrived after 7:15 a.m., never saw them. They later learned about the nooses from television and newspaper reports. The school quickly found the three white students who had hung the nooses but concluded�and this is admittedly surprising�that they had no racial motivation for what the school called a �prank.� It should be underlined that the local police and the FBI also interviewed the boys and found no racial motive. The local US Attorney, Donald Washington, who is black, later looked into the nooses incident, and he, too, and found no grounds for action. The nooses were painted in the Jena High colors�black and gold�which does suggest a non-racial motive. Jena High School does not release details about student disciplinary matters, but word leaked out that the culprits were imitating something from a television program. The high school principal nevertheless recommended expulsion, but the LaSalle Parish School Board overruled him and the three were suspended. For several weeks they attended a special school for expelled students, and were only later let back into Jena High. Meanwhile, blacks held meetings to complain about the nooses, in which they refused to see anything but racial hatred, and were angry that the white students were not expelled. The continuing press about the nooses seems to have raised racial tension in a school that had seen little of it. On September 6, there was a nasty argument between a black girl and a white girl, and a white boy went to the emergency room for stitches after he was hit in the head from behind. These were exceptional events for Jena High School, and police were assigned to the school all day September 7. The next day, there was a report that someone had brought a gun to school. Students were kept in classes for three hours while police searched students and school grounds. All the police found were a large number of cell phones, which are forbidden in school by state law. It is important to note that from Sept. 9 through Nov. 30�nearly three months�there were no racial incidents reported either at the high school or in the city or Jena. That night, however, someone set fire to the main high school building and gutted it. There are still no suspects, and nothing but speculation about motive. The Fights The school was closed for four days, during which there were some racial incidents in town. On Dec. 1, there was a private party at the Fair Barn, a big metal building used for social events. The crowd was mostly whites with a few blacks. At about 11:00 p.m. five black Jena High students tried to crash the party, but a woman told them they could not come in. The boys insisted, and a white man�not a student�stepped in front of the woman to prevent them. There was a fight, which continued outside. A number of other whites�not students�got involved, the police were called, and one of the whites was arrested and pleaded guilty to battery. At least two of the black students were later among the �Jena 6.� The next day, Dec. 2, there was a fight at a convenience store called Gotta Go, between three black students and the same white man. There have been conflicting accounts of what happened, with the blacks charging that the white man was brandishing a gun. Accounts from witnesses led police to charge one of the black students with battery and theft. Jena High student Robert Bailey, 17, was involved in both the Fair Barn and Gotta Go fights, as well as the famous assault that took place a few days later. December 4 was the first day of school after the fire. There was considerable chaos, with students meeting in makeshift classes. After lunch, black football star Mychal Bell walked up to a white student named Justin Barker and punched him to the ground from behind. Some eight to ten boys�all black�then started kicking him. Witness statements taken later used phrases like �stomped him badly,� �stepped on his face,� �knocked out cold on the ground,� and �slammed his head on the concrete beam.� According to court documents, Mr. Barker was probably unconscious before he hit the ground, where his attackers stomped his �lifeless� body. The Jena Times calls it �one of the most violent attacks in Jena High School�s history.� When Assistant Principal Gawan Burgess got to the scene, he thought the boy was dead. He was bleeding from ears and nose and showed no sign of life. An ambulance took Mr. Barker to LaSalle General Hospital, where he was in the emergency room for about 2-1/2 hours and racked up a bill of $5,467. A brain scan showed no anomalies, and he was released. Much has been made later of the fact that that evening he attended the school�s annual class ring ceremony where, as a junior, he was to get a ring. �I waited 11 years to go to it,� he has since explained. �I wasn�t going to let that get in my way.� Mr. Barker had a swollen face and was in considerable pain. He left the ceremony early, as soon as he got his ring. He says he was blind in one eye for three weeks, and was still suffering from headaches six months after the beating. At the trial of his main attacker, Mychal Bell, he said he had no idea why he was beaten, but this sounds disingenuous. Blacks claimed that earlier he had taunted one of them for having his �ass whipped� at the Fair Barn. A student who testified at the trial said that just before Mr. Bell attacked Mr. Barker she heard a black say, �There�s that white mother f***er that was running his mouth.� It should be underlined that Mr. Barker was not one of the three whites disciplined for the noose affair, nor did he have anything to do with the fights at the Fair Barn or at Gotta Go. He does not appear to be a choir boy, however. Just a few days before the end of the school year, he was expelled from school after a hunting rifle was found in his car on school grounds. Students are strictly forbidden to bring weapons to school. The Whooping Blacks were outraged when LaSalle Parish District Attorney Reed Walters charged six of the black attackers with attempted murder and decided to try Mr. Bell as an adult. He had good reasons to. Mr. Bell, who was 16 at the time of the attack, had been on probation since he committed battery on Christmas Day, 2005. Since then, he had been found guilty under the juvenile system of three other crimes�two violent attacks and one property crime�before he even attacked Mr. Barker. Bail was set at $90,000, a figure his family could not meet. His father, who is now being portrayed as the caring parent, has been living in Texas for years, and resurfaced only after the boy was charged. Just before the trial this summer, District Attorney Walters reduced charges to aggravated second-degree battery and conspiracy. On June 28, after deliberating for less than three hours, a jury of five women and one man found Mr. Bell guilty. He was to be sentenced on Sept. 20. Much has been made of the fact that all the jurors were white, but none of the blacks called for jury duty that day showed up (plenty of whites dodged jury duty, too). The jury pool was white, so the jury was white. The guilty verdict made Mr. Bell into a hero. He and the five other defendants were baptized �The Jena 6,� and the trial was soon being touted around the world as a classic case of bigoted white justice. On August 5, Al Sharpton came to town with his usual message: �You cannot have some boys assault and charged with nothing, some boys hanging nooses and finish the school year and other boys charged with attempted murder and conspiracy. That�s two levels of justice, and two levels of justice is an injustice.� Jesse Jackson was in town on Sept. 10, with a not-so-veiled threat. He demanded that the sentence for Mr. Bell be thrown out and that the charges for the remaining attackers be reduced to misdemeanors. If not, he said, there would be a �major demonstration� spurred by the �national and international outrage� with as many as 40,000 people likely to descend on poor little Jena. �The DA and the judge can go a long way to relieve this tension,� he said. Maybe the judge was listening. On Sept. 24, 28th Judicial District Court Judge J.P. Mauffray Jr. vacated Mr. Bell�s adult conviction, and ordered him retried in juvenile court. As an adult, the maximum sentence would have been 22-1/2 years; in juvenile court, Mr. Bell will face no more than 15 years. District Attorney Walters did not give in. He intends to try everyone on felony charges. On Sept. 20, Jena got its demonstration, with the usual bombast about racism and unequal justice for blacks. Perhaps as many as 10,000 people�almost all back�were bused in from as far away as Dallas, Nashville, St. Louis, Chicago and Philadelphia. Blacks all across the country have been whooping up the �Jena 6� as the great civil rights cause of our era. The whooping has been based on distortions that the media have done everything to encourage. The story now going around the world is that there were parts of Jena High School where blacks were not allowed. Whites strung up nooses when blacks asked to be let into those places. The whites got off scot-free. There followed a series of fights between blacks and whites�the off-campus fights in which no white students were involved get a lot of attention here�in which no white student even got arrested. Racism reached an ugly paroxysm when yet another �school-yard fight� resulted in attempted murder charges against blacks while whites again got off scot-free. The charge of attempted murder is obviously trumped up because the white �victim� went to a school function that same evening. Here is the storied Southern racism of old, come back from what all liberals will assure us was never the dead. Even British pop star David Bowie has given $10,000 to the NAACP�s �Jena 6 Legal Defense Fund� to help fight injustice. The media are almost entirely to blame for this. All too ready to assume the worst of whites, all too happy to encourage blacks to scream �racism,� they have, in effect, driven them to ask for freedom for thugs who knocked a boy down and stomped him as he lay unconscious. | MEDIA WANTS WACO-STYLE MASSACRE New Hampshire Patriot Not What Mainstream Wants You to Believe By Mark Anderson The circumstances surrounding the Browns, a New Hampshire couple convicted of federal income tax evasion, could turn on a dime. Recently AFP interviewed Ed Brown, a Plainfield home owner who grew up in the Roxbury slums of Boston. He and Mrs. Brown, who is a dentist, are self-made people who worked hard for their lot in life, only to see it swept away by a government that takes in gargantuan sums of money via taxes on the domestic populace to pay enormous interest on the national debt (which cannot be repaid), much of which is due to America�s endless military conflicts. When AFP contacted Brown recently, he was living everyday life as best he can at the house he built on their 110 acres. His wife, who he said is in a state of arrest wearing an electronic ankle bracelet�is staying with a son in a neighboring state. �The dental business died a week ago Tuesday,� Brown told AFP. �My wife�s a prisoner�like she�s a flight risk!� The two are supposed to be sentenced April 24, having each been convicted Jan. 18 in federal court in Concord for not paying income taxes since 1996. The government claims the Browns owe some $625,000. �Everybody should say, �show me the law and I�ll pay the tax,� � Brown told AFP. That is what he told federal authorities who can�t seem to produce a copy of a law requiring payment of the federal income tax. Filmmaker Aaron Russo�s America: From Freedom to Fascism documentary interviews a number of former IRS agents and other authoritative people who say that the powers that be, when asked to provide a copy of the law, such as an enabling statute, that requires U.S. workers to pay federal income tax on their wages, come up empty-handed. Russo concluded that if the federal income tax applies to anyone or anything, it applies to corporate capital gains, not the incomes of individuals, and that the IRS doesn�t even define income. The proverbial �tax man� came down on the Browns just as they had considered selling their home and acreage so they could live in a warmer climate. Notably, their property is across the road from 500 acres owned by Supreme Court Justice Steven Breyer. But making the best of the winter weather, individuals and families with children have been over to Brown�s place lately for sledding and skating�before and since the tax trouble began. Life still seems more or less normal, though Brown suspects that federal agents may eventually storm the house and arrest him, perhaps after the publicity on his and his wife�s plight calms down. As of Jan. 25, he said the publicity was still significant, with TV news crews continuing to pay attention. He also told AFP that while he has always paid the 54 other kinds of taxes levied on Americans�with property taxes hitting $14,000 a year on their home and $18,000 a year on their office building for the former dental business�he won�t budge on the federal income tax. For one thing, as already noted, no one can produce a copy of the law that requires payment of an unapportioned tax on the labor of Americans. Moreover, there are due-process issues whereby U.S. District Court Judge Steven McAuliffe apparently disallowed the Browns from bringing forth any evidence or witnesses they needed for defending themselves in court. Also, the issue of federal jurisdiction, or the lack thereof, comes into play, Brown pointed out. Addressing some conventional media reports that characterized his home as a virtual fortress, or �compound� with a �lookout tower,� Brown replied, �It�s a deck, for crying out loud�an octagon-shaped compass deck.� Just below the elevated deck on the large, well-built house�which has solar-power capability and was off the grid from 1990 to 2003�is a reading room. �We�re very mainstream, middle-class people,� said Brown, who noted that media reports suggesting he�s �holed up� in his house are off base. Some areas of the house have been boarded up to keep out blowing snow, so he is not �barricading� himself in the house, he explained. The Union Leader seems also to have played the �antigovernment� card, even though many American patriots make a careful distinction by saying they are anti-corruption of government, not anti-government. Notably, the Associated Press article in The Union Leader couldn�t resist the highly charged word �compound,� which conceivably could create a bunker mentality in the minds of readers and may quell public outrage if federal agents ever decide to forcibly enter Brown�s home to arrest him. As the article claimed: �A jury decided that the Browns plotted to hide their income and avoid taxes on Elaine Brown�s income of $1.9 million between 1996 and 2003. Over 10 years, they also used $215,890 of postal money orders broken into increments just below the reporting threshold to pay for their hilltop compound and for Elaine Brown�s dental offices.� U.S. marshals said on a couple occasions they had no plans to forcibly enter Brown�s property and arrest him, though national media sources quoted marshals as saying that they �have to decide how to seize the Browns� assets, possibly including their home.� Citing a new twist in this case, a recent issue of The Boston Globe noted that federal agents �seized more than 30 weapons from the Brown house in May.� Brown commented by telling AFP, �They stole $15,000 worth of my guns and turned them over to a gun shop.� Brown was still at home on Jan. 25, preferring only to comment off the record about the situation. | Read Carefully Read Very Carefully From the Siloam Springs Police Department: TITLE: A GROUP CALLED "WE WANT YOUR SOUL" SILOAM SPRINGS, AR - 14 JULY 2008 On 11 July 2008, an email began circulating the Siloam Springs and Benton County area of Northwest Arkansas concerning a group self titled "We Want Your Soul". The body of the original email related an incident which occurred on 10 July 2008 in the parking lot of Spring Valley apartments and concerned a woman who was approached by two well dressed men who began asking questions concerning her religion, her financial status and ultimately asking her to "sell her soul". Police responded to the area of the incident that evening and were unable to locate the two men or their vehicle. The two men were described as white males in their late 50's or early 60's, well dressed wearing business suits with a briefcase. The gentlemen reportedly had tattoos on their right hand in the shape of a triangle with a circle and 5 pointed star in the center of the circle. The vehicle was described as late model champagne colored Lexus, unknown registration. Since the initial incident and police response, there have been no additional reports from citizens, concerning this group within the Siloam Springs area. Siloam Springs Police have received several phone calls from citizens concerning the email, and variations of rumors surrounding the original email and incident. To date, the incident on 10 July 2008 has been the only incident reported to police concerning this group. Preliminary information concerning the intent of the group "We Want Your Soul" is limited at this time. While the group name obviously "shocks the sensibilities" the criminal intent remains undetermined. Citizens are asked to contact the Siloam Springs Police Department immediately at (479) 524-4118 if you are contacted by someone from this group. WFP spokesperson Peter Transburg said 350 000 people in seven provinces needed food aid. �We are $8.5m short for our programmes until April, we are talking to donors and if we don�t get new contributions we will definitely be forced to cut the ration and discontinue the relief assistance,� Transburg told Reuters. The money is needed to buy 10 840 tons of cereals to supplement household reserves and help families cope with high food prices from January until the next harvest in April/May. Farm output in central Sofala province is also under threat from locusts which have invaded the area in the last few days, worsening the impact of recent heavy rains. �There are swarms of locusts destroying horticulture and other crops which survived the flooding last year, a fact which could worsen food security of local farmers this time when heavy rains are already posing a concern,� said Joao Ribeiro, director of the National Institute of Disaster Management. Mozambique is prone to natural disasters such as droughts, floods and cyclones. On Monday, authorities said torrential rains had killed 25 people in central areas in the last two weeks and that flooding could devastate the region by March. Thousands of homes have been destroyed while roads, bridges and electricity pylons have been damaged in four provinces. In early 2007, floods in central Mozambique killed 45 people and left 285 000 homeless, and cyclone Favio displaced a further 140 000 people. |

| Will the economic and financial crisis degenerate into violent social explosions? Tomorrow, will there be civil war in Europe, the United States and Japan? That's the rather alarming conclusion that the experts of European think tank LEAP/Europe 2020 lay out in their latest bulletin dated mid-February.
In that edition, which addresses the issue of the crisis entering a phase of "global geopolitical dislocation" in the third quarter of 2009, the experts foresee a state of "generalized every man for himself" in the countries stricken by the crisis. That panic would then conclude in logical confrontations, in other words, with partial civil wars. "If your country or region is an area where firearms are in mass circulation" (among big countries, only the United States is in that situation) LEAP indicates, "then the best way to deal with the dislocation is to leave your region, if that's possible." | Alcohol-Based Fuels Ecological biologist David Blume discussed the importance and benefits of alcohol-based fuels, and how the petroleum industry has suppressed their development. Some of the earliest cars such as the Model T were flex fuel (running on either gas or alcohol), and Henry Ford was an advocate for alcohol fuel. However, he was opposed by John D. Rockefeller who pushed for Prohibition, which stopped the manufacture of alcohol for any purpose, Blume detailed. Cheaper than gas, alcohol is a superior fuel, as it leaves no carbon behind, engines last longer, and it can free us from foreign dependence, he noted. There are some twenty different crops that can produce alcohol, and many of them, such as sugar beets, yield more alcohol per acre than corn. Most cars can actually run with up to 50% alcohol in their tanks, without using any kind of conversion device, Blume declared, and kits can be added to vehicles for less than $300. People can get permits to create home distilleries to brew their own alcohol fuel, which enables them to be eligible for tax credits, he said. An advocate for community organizing, Blume said in many locales residents have set up driver owned stations which offer alcohol pumps. |
