Kojiro 'Koji' Matsukata
Koji loves doing anything and everything dangerous that he can. Jumping off of buildings, out windows, onto moving hover-vehicles, you name it. You just don't want to get on his bad side, as the implants significantly increase his running, jumping, and power to those kicks. Did I mention he just about never misses with his high-caliber pistol? Yup, he's just your standard clinically insane thief. |
