| Fred Durst's buddies hit the big time with their third album 'Break the Cycle', filled with tales of depression and drugs it owes more to Pearl Jam and Alice In Chains than anything else. Amongst the Nu-Grunge hype however there are three amazing tunes - 'Outside', 'Fade' and 'Its been Awhile'. Front man Aaron Lewis looks like a drunken footbal hooligan and even with well written lyrics Staind are nothing to write home about, oh thats if you don't count the huge input of Rap-Metal Icon Fred Durst who's shoddy attempt at showing his sensitive side by signing what he perceved as a 'Grunge' band was an obvious ploy to his pals at MTV...
