The Pros
The Freakiness
Fatal Frame is a game that keeps you on your toes. This is one of those games where things pop up out of nowhere, at the time you least expect them to. With its dark environments and eerie sound, your heart will be beating a mile a minute for most of the game. Many times, I was very reluctant to continue playing at times, or I would have to turn the lights back on. Im not exaggerating folks, this is a scary game.
The Sound
Fatal Frame has the most eerie and surreal sounds that I have heard in any game. The in games sound effects work incredibly well with the what you are seeing on the screen and truly support the scariness of the game. From the haunting moans and groans from the dead to the eerie sounds of childrens laughter to the beating of your own heart. The sound is a major plus of Fatal Frame. |
