We expect, and look forward to, an avalanche of complaints about this section. Despite the so-called "sexual revolution" mankind remains locked into ancient thought patterns when it comes to human sexuality. It is incredible to realise that mothers are still forbidden to breast feed their babies in most public places. Nothing could be more natural than breast feeding, and yet we drive them into toilets for that function rather than be assaulted by a glimpse of naked female breast.
Yet our censorship laws reflect the exact opposite. This is because our censorship laws are dictated to us by the Catholic Church. It was Catholic Senator Brian Harradine who cast his deciding vote for the Coalition government on condition that John Howard would censor the Internet, which he willingly did, aided and abetted by that weird, zombie-like creature, Senator Richard Alston. Part of our job, as crusaders for a better future, is to expose sexual humbug and hypocrisy where-ever we find it, and if that offends a few potential RWC members, too bad. Just who are we trying to protect? Certainly not children, they get their prompting from adults. And certainly not the vast majority of adults, we've been exposed to at least twenty years of hard core pornography. What's one tit to us? The clamor is all about protecting a tiny minority of puritanical wowsers. Same with censorship itself. In survey after survey, Australians have been shown to be very liberal when it comes to sexual matters, but less so when it comes to violence.
