Hi, this site is all about crunches, REAL CRUNCHES.  This site is awesome.   I can't stop doing crunches.  Crunches are cool; and by cool, I mean totally sweet.

Facts:

 

1.    Mammals have abs.

2.    To get sculpted abs you have to do crunches and only crunches ALL the time.

3.    The purpose of crunches is to give you rock hard abs. And get you super pumped.

If you do enough crunches you can get as rock hard as you want...hard.  People who are serious about popped abs do crunches ALL the time and don't even think twice about it.  These guys are so crazy and awesome that they do really extreme crunches ALL the time.  I heard that there was this one guy doing crunches in a restaurant.  And when some dude dropped a spoon the guy lost count and started his set of 400 super-slow crunches all over again...hard.   My friend said that he saw a guy totally pop his abs in three and a half days because he did crunches even when he was asleep.

 

And that's what I call REAL Ultimate Power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Your doctor might tell you to also do Reverse Crunches, the crunch's worst enemy so you dont hurt your 'back'. That's bullcrap. They only way to seriously sculpt those abs is to do crunches and only crunches. You can either pussy around with reverse crunches or do constant crunches for two years and get to walk like this guy.

It's an easy choice, if you ask me.  

 

Crunches are sooooooooooo sweet that I want to crap my pants.  I can't believe it sometimes, but I feel it inside my heart.  Crunches are totally awesome and that's a fact.  Crunches are fast, slow, smooth, cool, strong, powerful, and sweet.  I love doing crunches with all of my body (except for my back).

A: Crunches are the ultimate paradox. On the one hand they're really hard, but on the other hand, you get super pumped.

A: Whoever told you that is a total liar.  Crunches can be hard OR totally awesome. 

 

Q: What do people who do lots of crunches do when they're not doing crunches?

A: Most of their free time is spent drinking protein shakes and chilling.
