Sharon and the charges of genocide
March 6th the Belgian justice department will decide if the Prime Minister of Israel can be charged before a Belgian court for the massacres in the Palestinian refugee camps (Sabra and Shatila) in Libanon 1982.In September 2002 it is 20 years since the massacre of 800 men, women and children in the Palestinian refugee camps Sabra and Shatila occured in southern Libanon.
The history of the acts is that the Israeli army had occupied the Libanese capital and when the deeds were uncovered the Minister of Defence (i.e. aggression) was forced to resign. His name was Ariel Sharon - today Prime Minister, chosen by the Israeli people!

The Murder of the key witness
As I write the text above it happened the MOST STRANGE THING...I heard on the radio, which I had on, that the KEY WITNESS in the coming persecution of Ariel Sharon has been ASSASSINATED!
And this was also just 24 HOURS after Elie Hobeika (who WAS the key witness) told world media that he gladly will testify in the coming trial!
Elie HobeikaMr. Elie (also a Jewish name) Hobeika commanded the pro-Israel Christian (also called right-wing!) Lebanese Forces militia, which killed hundreds of Palestinian refugees (in the camps Sabra and Shatila) while Israeli troops, who invaded Lebanon in 1982, encircled the two camps.

He repeated the offer on Wednesday to visiting Belgian senators. The Palestinians' case was launched under laws giving Belgian courts powers to try crimes against humanity, wherever they have been committed. A 1983 Israeli inquiry into the camp massacres said Sharon bore "indirect responsibility'' and that Hobeika had helped direct Christian fighters who did the killing.
Justice sources said a car carrying 10 kg (22 lb) of explosives blew up as it passed Hobeika's car, where oxygen tanks fueled the blast, charring the bodies of Hobeika and his driver and tossing others as far as 50 meters (yards).
However, one security source said explosives had been planted in diving gear that Hobeika had in his own vehicle.
The two cars involved in the bomb blastAnd later the same day (January 24th) one hear what would be evident for everyone, namely that the Lebanese government (President Emile Lahoud) is holding Mr. Ariel Sharon responsible, since the Israelis had most to gain by Elie Hobeika death.
Corrupt world media now tries to put the blame on others than Israelis!
The Israelis themselves say that they have left Lebanon and have nothing to do there!
"'It's totally unfounded. We have left Lebanese territory. We don't want to play (a role) there any more,' Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres said in response to an accusation by Marwan Hamadeh, Lebanon's minister of displaced people." (Reuters)
"Of course Israel doesn't want witnesses against it in this historic case in Belgium which will certainly convict Ariel Sharon, the permanent and continued criminal."

"Hobeika was hated BY MANY, [and the other suspects besides Sharon are...] many of the political establishment in Libanon, as well as the [PALESTINIAN!!!] next of kin of the survivors who were killed 1982."
Also the blame is put on some stupid mysterious group [of the Israelis?] calling itself:
''Lebanese For a Free and Independent Lebanon"
This group sent a message to the (Jewish) news agency Reuters, stating that the murder was a signal to Syria to stop ruling Lebanon (a message of Israelis as well?).
Finally the blame is put on the victim himself, who [which may be true in a sense, of course]:
The headline of the Reuters report was: "Bomb Kills Beirut Warlord Accused of 1982 Massacres". But it is Sharon who is made responsible by the Belgian court (if everything turns out alright DESPITE this).
Despite the dishonesty of reports this is stated by Reuters:
"Hobeika died a day after saying he was ready to testify in a case brought by Palestinians in Belgium accusing Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, who denies sanctioning the massacres when he was defense minister, of crimes against humanity.
Israel denied any role in the [bomb, the tool of the coward] blast which ripped through a Beirut suburb as Hobeika was leaving home, killing him, two bodyguards and another person and injuring three more."But not many reporters dare attacking Ariel Sharon directly.
Surprised Belgian lawyers after the assassination
Good news is that Lebanese newspaper Daily Star, Beirut, reported on Jan. 26th that the murdered Hobeika made a tape recording of his testimony against Ariel Sharon before his death.
Other reports of the death of Hobeika the following day has been given VERY little attention and is hid away among other news of the Middle East.
Israel = Absurdistan
In a most strange sequel to events above Arafat was on Jan. 27th DENIED access to a upcoming meeting the EU foreign ministers in Brussels in a newspaper comment by the Israeli government. Arafat - denied. Well, Sharon can't visit Brussels himself since he will be arrested (wanted for war crimes)!(Of course Arafat can't visit Brussels when his house is surrounded by tanks (see above) and one shall remember that Arafat and CHRISTIANS were denied access to Jerusalem to celebrate Jesus Dec. 24th last year!)
The reason for this, the Israeli Jews say, is that Arafat has failed to arrest the murderer of an Israeli Minister of Turism who was killed. BUT Arafat did in fact arrest a Israeli suspect - WITH the comment that the Palestinians had evidence of Israeli alliances with the murderer of ITS OWN minister of Turism!
And of course a parallell to this is the ship full of weapons the Israelis "caught" (arranged). And they of course blame the Palestinian government - who are accussed in these hard times of NOT WANTING to negotiate with the Israelis. I also hold the belief, as the Palestinian authorities hold, namely that the Israelis have staged this ship with a gun cargo to blame the Palestinians.
And as a RESULT of this Mr. "War-monger" Bush says he is "disappointed" with Arafat (who is a poor sucker in captivity!). And Mr. A C "Yidd" Zinni don't even want to visit Arafat to negotiate anymore.
The Israelis themselves call Arafat "unimportant" and many believe they want to overthrow the Palestian state dream.

Sharon now accuses Europe of anti-Semitism in a news article. Why else is he under suspicion? he said.
We can maybe please Mr. Sharon by stating that the West also has its "wicked talk". Sharon's US ally Mr. Bush said in an interview that: He thinks it is easier to make war than it was raising his twin daughters.
Ariel Sharon had recently the Chutzpah to ask US President Bush for several billions of US dollars in AID promised by America as a "bribe" for HAVING LEFT LEBANON! Now he is collecting it. And these "bucks" as essential for the survival of Israel which only is kept alive by "contributions" from Holocaust compensation and US aid.
Israel has developed a "most fascinating" way of "dealing" with - murdering - political Palestinian activists. First they demand that the Palestinian government of Arafat arrest the activists Israel finds "guilty" - and they the Israelis simply bomb the prisons - killing the jailed activists.
This week it happened. Earlier the Palestinian government released the jailed activists when an incoming Israeli attack was due, but now the last time the Palestinian government (seemed to be forced by Israel to) kept the activists jailed even under attack - so now the last time the prisons were killed during the bombing of the prison. "Fascinating" way of murder indeed. Other "fascinating" ways of murder is for example making activists' cars explode (car bombs or rockets) and they blame the victims themselves for having bombs detonating by mistake, killing themselves.

They shout on their way to Place de la Bastille. 53,000 according to the police - 200,000 according to the organizers CRIF, which represent the Jewish organizations in France. Clashes break out during marches against anti-Semitism in France

PARIS - Several hundred pro-Israeli extremists attacked demonstrators at the end of a huge march against anti-Semitism on Sunday, beating several people including some journalists and stabbing [?] a police officer before being dispersed with tear gas.
The scuffles occurred on the sidelines of a march by more than 50,000 people to denounce a wave of recent attacks on Jewish chools, cemeteries and synagogues in France and express support for Israel amid escalating violence in the Middle East.
An estimated 1,500 police and scores of antiriot vehicles were deployed as marchers headed toward the historic Place de la bastille, where the clashes broke out between pro-Israel militants and a group of demonstrators at a separate rally nearby.
Police fired tear gas into the crowd to disperse several hundred pro-Israel militants wearing masks and wielding clubs who clashed with up to 500 counter-demonstrators at a rally organized by the group Peace Now, which favors giving up most or all of the West Bank and Gaza for peace. The militants were believed to be members of the Zionist youth group Betar.
A police officer was stabbed in the stomach, police said, without providing further details. He was among several people injured.
The group of militant protesters attacked journalists and smashed their equipment [as is done by Israeli soldiers in areas occupied by Israel hit squads]. A cameraman from Associated Press Television News was among those roughed up in the melee.

"If we didn't have these incidents, this would have been a successful march," said CRIF President Roger Cukierman. He denounced the extremists as "young hoodlums."

Earlier Sunday, [French Prime Minister Lionel] Jospin urged supporters of both Israelis and Palestinians to express their emotions about the Middle East in a "positive, constructive et respectful" manner and cautioned against France splintering into sectarian communities.
