If places can be seen as people, Egypt would be the greatest love of my life. I've always wanted to go and finally went in October of 2000. It was all I thought it was going to be and more. I met some incredibly cool people and saw some of the most amazing things. It made me wonder why I never thought about studying archaeology. Egyptians are so friendly and hospitable. The architecture was amazing and the scenery magnificent. Standing in front of the Sphinx and the great pyramids made me feel like I was in the presence of something beyond extraordinary and far far beyond human expectation of what can be created.
