* Anyone desiring help for himself/herself shall be extended help, as the Ministry is able, with the end view of eventually making him/her responsible to his Maker for himself/herself first, to his/her neighbor second, and for his/her country next.

* Services shall be made available first to regular attendees of value formation classes.

Hands to Street Kids (HSK) - This is where we started everything - the streets. It started as a literal street work. Along the street of Mayapis, Makati, we made friends with the down and out, the dirty and the foul-smelling children who lived along the railroad tracks. Our friendship, which was motivated by the desire to help because of the love of the Lord Jesus Christ, resulted to group formation that varies in size.

Integrated in the program are one or two or all of the following services:

Street Education/Value Formation Program - this includes instructions on physical hygiene, character formation and value clarification based on Biblical principles geared towards taking responsibilities for the individuals life.

Nutrition Program- this is making available a health drink formula like Reliv Vitamins or its equivalent to malnourished children. This is being administered under the direction of the Ministry physician.

Feeding Program - this is the distribution of food to all children who participate in the Street Education Program.

Physical Well-being Program- this is the distribution of basic goods like food, clothing, toiletries, etc. to the children and their families as supplies would allow.

Today, we have about three thousand seven hundred (3,700) children benefiting from the HSK Program.

The HSK program gave birth to the subsequent programs resulted out of the involvement of our clientele.

This is our pre-school free education program which benefits children whose parents cannot afford to pay the expenses necessary in sending the children even to public schools. We were accredited in 1992 by the Department of Social Welfare and Development ( National Capital Region - Philippines ).

As today we have about two hundred (200) children enrolled in the three (3) Day Care Centers.

We offer free consultation, medical and dental services to our clientele right where they live, on scheduled visitation throughout the year. When medicines are available, which most often are, we give out these medicines too.

Some parents of the children we service have recognized the positive changes in the attitudes and habits of the children. They have experienced the benefits of those changes. Consequently, they have realized their need for positive changes. Upon their request, we started the program, based on the unchanging Holy Scriptures (The Bible), adapting it to their level. These parents have become our agents of help in their communities.

Children, young people, even mothers, who want to earn or augment their family income are given training or provided ways and means to have their desires and goals realized.

Abandoned, neglected, abused, or orphaned children may be admitted to this program which provides shelter, food, clothing, education and nurturing.

Through the Ministry, individuals, institutions and private corporations provide scholarships and/or finances necessary for sending first, indigent children and second, poor but deserving children to school. The Ministry believes that children wanting education must be given the chance so they may have hope and a better future.
