* To encourage and lead people to dedicate their time, talent and treasure for the development and establishment of sound values and principles for living which would ultimately prevent the abuse of illegal drugs and other crimes by teaching and training the target clientele;

* To bring the children into the knowledge of God and develop an active and personal relationship with Him;

* To provide information and relevant services that will help to prevent youths from becoming involved in life destroying activities; and

* To provide and make available through all facets of Reach Youth Ministries, Inc., the needed motivation for the leaders/volunteer workers in the Philippines in setting up similar ministries/programs in their localities.
