Cardiovascular System
The
Cardiovascular System is one of the most logically based systems of
the body. I have attached some notes to this section. These are HTML pages
and they tackle specific questions from block quizzes and past exam
papers. Medical students click here.

Immune System
If
you like memorizing chemical mediators and cellular biology, you will like Immune
System. The immune system is one of the most complicated systems of the
body. The lecture series aims to simplify the content and is inadequate in
dealing with the immune system. Treat these lecture series as a an
introduction to an intensely complex system.

Respiratory System
The
Respiratory System is also logically organized and is tightly linked
with the Cardiovascular System. In total there are 18 pages of notes
and exam answers. Treat this as a good resource for revising the respiratory
system. Medical students click here.

Digestive System
The
Digestive System consists of a sequence of GIT structures. Following the
food pathway after it is injested will lead to a very clear cut
understanding of the structure and function of each organ and the processes
involved in the breakdown of food, transportation of food along the GIT, and
the excretory functions. Also included are the accessory GIT organs such as
the liver and pancreas whose secretions play a vital role in the break down
and solubility of food particles.

Renal System
The
renal system incorporates the kidneys, and its associated structures all the
way down to and including the bladder and urethra. The urethra will be dealt
with in the Reproductive System in detail. This is especially true for
medical students who will study the histology of the urethra in detail
indeed. This page includes general notes for the renal system, just summarizing
the lecture notes and including some other details where
appropriate.
