| Not much news in the way of the RCMP this time but I did complete the police pistol combat coarse or ppc. It was put on by the colwood ppc club. It was a 2 day coarse. The first evening we learned the safety and a little about the sport. On the next full day we were issued S&W .38 special. We first tried rounds of dry fire getting use to the various positions used in ppc. Then we spent the rest of the day shooting. Left hand, right hand, sitting, lying down. It was a lot of fun. If anything I got some experience with the use of a hand gun. I have left the colwood ppc link before but here it is again. |
