Express Plans
These were the old postpaid plans offered by Extelcom.
In 2002, Extelcom stopped offering postpaid services. As of now, almost all
subscribers of Extelcom are on prepaid basis.
This is the prepaid brand of Extelcom. You may
purchase Pinaka Cellcards in denominations of P100, P250 and P500. A special
prepaid plan called “Piso Calls” was offered in the past wherein you have to
maintain a monthly load of P220 to avail of discounted call rates, especially
P1 per minute for Express-to-Express calls. This enhancement to the Pinaka
Cellcard service is no longer offered.

Local Mobility Service (Party Phone
& Insta Line)
A special prepaid plan wherein you have to load a Party
Phone card worth P280 every month to avail of unlimited Express-to-Express
calls within your local service area. For other calls, you use the Pinaka Cellcard.
You can only use your phone in your local service area.
A variant of the LMS concept, only this time, you have
to load either a P295 card monthly to enjoy unlimited Express-to-Express calls
with Regional Coverage (Luzon or VisMin) OR a P590 card monthly to enjoy
unlimited Express-to-Express calls Nationwide. For other types of calls, you
use the Pinaka Cellcard. You can use your phone all around the country if you choose
Nationwide Coverage (P590), or only within your specific Region if you choose
Regional Coverage (P295).

Commercial Complex, Pasig for FREE activation. You may also go to the nearest
ADI Telecom branch, Wellcom branch or other authorized dealers/outlets.
