Immediately after Bill did his day with the Grand Jury he was resting
in the Oval Office with the door closed. Suddenly Moses appeared to the
President carrying a big rock with writing on it. He explained to the President
that he was bringing him a copy of the Eleven Commandments to help him with
the rest of his life.  The President said, "I know the Ten Commandments.
What is the Eleventh Commandment? Moses looked him straight in the eye and
said, "The Eleventh Commandment my son is this: Thou shalt not show thy rod to thy
staff."
