Even though TOWN opened in 2007, our story begins in the early 1990's. Kelly Hu was flourishing in the wild success of her Chinese restaurant, The Wok, located in Beverly Hills. By 1995 she was nourishing celebrities like Freddy Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar and Madonna. In 2005 she opened a second location in New York City. Eventually she changed the name to TOWN after seeing the musical, On The Town
, on Broadway and has added two more locations in Las Vegas and Honolulu.
