Source of Income

. Donations from individuals and corporate bodies

. Central Government assistance to approximately 20% (annually) of the total number of orphans. This contribution is channeled through the Social Welfare Department (SWD).

. (In 2013 the amount given was 100,000.00)

. The lack of income from savings offset expenses or surplus obtained during public donations during Ramadan.

Daily Requirements RBDH

1. cash

2. Dry food items such as milo, sugar, chili sauce, soy sauce, sweetened condensed milk, noodles and so on.

3. Wet items such as chicken, meat, fish, vegetables an fruits.

4. New or used clothing including school shoes

5. Blankets, sheets and pillowcases

6. Books for libraries

7. Stationery and exercise books

8. Washing devices like laundry soap, bath soap, and the like.

9. Pad (Kotex type).

10. New or used computer

11. Building maintenance equipment such as lights Borneo.

12. Electrical devices (new / used) such as iron, washing machine, fan, and the like.

13. Water filters

14. Other items that can be used by the orphans.
