The owners of Joe's Place went all out for the decoration.  There's free WiFi and a whole bunch of antiques/semi-antiques/stuff from grandmother's attic adorning the walls of this place.  It's rather cool in a kitschy way.  They offer sandwiches and espressos here.  Yes, this is a place that
melanin-challenged folks would love.  I'm not quite melanin-challenged, but the sandwiches here are excellent.  Basically, you go to the counter and get a order sheet and pencil.  From this order sheet, you mark the bread, type of toasting (e.g. regular or panini), sauce, chhese, meat filling, and veggies.  Also choose the potato salad or cole slaw.  Remember to put down your name (this is important).  You give this to the cashier who will pass on your order.  Later, when your order is ready, the cashier will semi-whisper your name when your order is ready and bring it to your table.  Thus, it is very important to write down your name.  It is even more important to remember what you wrote down.  Anyhow, this allows you a very customized sandwich.  I had a roast beef sandwich with Joe's special sauce, which is comprised of Ranch Dressing and chopped dill.  It was delicious.  A sandwich with a scoop of potato salad or cole slaw will cost $6.50 excluding tax.  For an extra dollar, you can add a cup of soda.  This place is located within the Rite Aid/Big Lots mini-mall.
