Christmas lunch was huge. The Chef (Selwyn) put on an amazing spread for us with enough food to feed about a hundred people (there are 21 people on station). We got everything from crayfish tails to turkey, even fresh cherry tomatos (from the hydroponics setup), prawns, smoked salmon, and champaigne and wine gallore. Needless to say it was a fantastic meal, and everyone needed a little sleep afterwards.

This site is designed to be viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768. If your computer can't handle this, it is time to get a new computer!
