Goals

1. Overcome old habits/patterns

Let go of fear of confronting:

• Anger, aggression, and suppressive persons
• My own feelings, wants and needs (subconscious response is to put other’s first)
• Repression of anger, unconsciously turn it inward
• Fear of rejection/emotional dependency. First response is to run away.

What I want in a relationship:

• Unconditional/complete mutual love and respect
• Passionate and spontaneous
• Intellectually stimulating
• Inter-Independent
• Honesty, clarity, friendship
• Grow spiritually together in conscious awareness

• Aromatherapy
• Herbal/holistic remedies
• Writing/sharing
