What a weekend that was. It feels like one of those longest weekend I've ever had. It starts on Friday when I was in the library, I found out the news that my favourite singer, Delta has been diagnosed with cancer. I was shocked. It is the Hodgkins disease that she's having. At least I am relieved that it is treatable and has 93% of survival rate. When I walked home, I feel that my legs were so heavy {maybe that's because it's uphill :)}.
I spent the evening listening to the radio and watching the news. I recorded all the news and actually they showed me shaking hand with her, although for only one second. Then the hot30.com played the live recording of "Lost Without You" when she performed it on the rooftops. Listening to that song make me wanna cry, because it reminds me of her, especially that it was recorded live.
For the rest of the weekends, I try not to think about it but I can't because she's everywhere. She's on every cover of newspaper. So, I watched a movie.
I posted some well wishes for her through her website. I just want her to get through this and get well, then comeback doing the things she loves to do after having enough rest.
