Dec 22	Hitz News: Hmm.. I've just heard a BIG rumour. I'll tell all as soon as I can. In the meantime.. we've got another update on the Hitz studio upgrade.. Did Jonathon survive the cable attack from last time ? Visit todays update and find out! Wild News: Derrr.. I didn't get the new Wild FM CD Pages online after all. They're up now.. have a look! Dec 19	Hitz News: I haven't managed to pick up the Hitz netcast at all via my connection.. How did you go? (It ends tomorrow, anyway. :( ) Wild News: At last, our new Wild FM CD Pages are online! I think you'll find they're easier to read, and if you haven't got a particular disc, there's a facility to order one securely if you wish. Of course if you just want to know which disc has a certain song you're after.. you'll find the complete listing, including Wild Anthems and of course, Wild 9 . Finally, if you haven't visited our ~~Messageboard~~ recently, you just won't know what's going on! Recent posts include.. Union State's new track Out to get ya , (*multiple posts) Places to get the Raw FM CD _cheap_, ..and a little mystery is solved.. (you might already know the answer) If you've got an opinion or question about Wild or Hitz, the only place to talk is the RWHC messageboard .

Dec 15	Hitz News: STACKS MORE news in the next few days.. Wild News: Hmm.. I knew I forgot something.. WILD BRISBANE'S BACK ON AIR!! Gee.. I thought I'd mentioned that already. Woops! Site News: There's LOTS happening on our ~~Messageboard~~ , including a post from James Ash about his new single (under the 'Union State' name) a post about getting the Raw FM Soundtrack CHEAPLY, and plenty more discussion about Wild, Hitz, CDs n stuff!
Dec 13	Hitz News: Gee, there's enough Hitz news at the moment, isn't there? We recently heard from the Hitz tech, Simon Butcher, about their work on building new studios at Hitz, including a room for DJs to mix live to air. (yeah baby!) Now, in his next update, Simon's included PHOTOS.. are you prepared for the horror ..? Wild News: I've got to see it was rather amusing to read in 3d world (a NSW street-press music mag) all the ads selling Wild 9 having somewhat of a bidding war.. to sell it for the lowest retail price! Alas, Gogo.. station manager of Wild Sydney has the final word today.. and I quote.. "So far its shipped 93,000 units. (Yes ninety-three thousand -GM) This was all shipped in the first batch and no new orders have been placed yet. It's no 'Triple M Beer Drinking songs'.. but I guess its still an OK CD ;)" Keep reading down the page.. there's been LOTS of news this week!!
Dec 12	Hitz News: HITZ FM BACK THIS THURSDAY??!! Well, yes and no. They'll be netcasting for 5 days from the Melbourne Music Expo. This is going to be a monster event.. so have a look at Hitz's press release , and if you can.. drop in and say hi! By the way, here's the final word on the non-hack of Hitz, thanks to Hitz's technician, Simon Butcher.. "Due to a a scare with our host computer, our site was moved and any problems with our site were the ugly results of moving the site quickly." (That's why you didn't get any nude pictures of the DJs ;) ] It's all fixed now. "If the site hasn't reappeared when you go there, just press 'shift + refresh/reload' in your browser." Wild News: Well, everyone knows that Wild FM 9 is a popular CD, but here's a great 'industry' story to prove it. (With names changed to protect the guilty) 'MUSIC CHAIN ONE' tried to put Wild 9 CDs out on the shelves earlier than they were allowed to. When 'MUSIC CHAIN TWO' found out, the bosses faxed all their stores and said "Get them on the shelves NOW!" Five minutes later, a fax went out saying "Put the bloody things away" (or words to that effect) The same kind of thing happened at 'MUSIC CHAIN ONE', except I hear that the time difference was a bit longer. Perhaps this statistic will explain why music stores are so enthusiastic about Wild 9.. It's the biggest Wild CD so far - they've pressed 70,000 copies , and it's almost shipped Platinum in its first week of sale. I also hear that many music stores around the country have ordered AT LEAST DOUBLE the number of Wild 9's compared to their previous order of Wild 8's! Coming up in the next week: Some AWESOME Hitz news, a MEGA Wild DJ gig in Qld, further updates on the Hitz studio de/construction.. and (fingers crossed) more giveaways.. :)))
Dec 9	Hitz News: I've received a massive news update from my Hitz contacts, and I'll upload it all gradually this week. Wild News: Of course, Wild 9 is now in the stores. I wonder how many THOUSAND christmas trees it will be appearing under on the 25th??? Site News: As the 'Wild CDs' section of this site is one of the most popular, I'm working on a newer version that will load quicker, look better, AND have a little EXTRA function that you might find quite useful.... you'll see!!
Dec 5	Hitz News: * Has HITZ been HACKED?? * Right now, if you go to www.hitzfm.org.au, you'll get nothing but a jpeg logo for another site. If you go to that site.. you get just the same logo. Is it a hack? Is it a joke? Is it a publicity stunt? We'll have the news here as soon as possible! Wild News: According to Anthony Gherghetta (manager-Wild Syd) Wild FM Volume 8 has just passed the 100,000 copy mark in Australia. Well done! And of course, tomorrow (Monday 6/12) is when Wild 9 hits the music stores. See the tracklisting here . Site News: After reviewing the site, I've been busy optimising the graphics, so everything loads twice as fast. The new 'turboloading' graphics will be up soon. Finally, a big happy birthday to Bren & Roz. (My brother & sister)

We get the exclusive lowdown from Simon Butcher .. Wild Goss: Which well-known figure from Wild Sydney has been seen checking out which "Volvo Stationwagon" he should buy? 'Go go Gadget-sensible car??' Site News: Ooohhh.. I feel like another big giveaway soon.. Now what would people like to win....?
Nov 13	Wild News: Thanks to the official wild site, we have the final tracklisting for Wild 9. Here are the changes since our preview version.. Synth & Strings is OUT.. The following tracks are now IN.. Gamemaster, La la, Get Get Down, Push it to the limit, Runaway, September 99, Feel the Same, In & out of my life, Ibiza in my soul, Destination Sunshine. Hitz News: My spies tell me that there are loud noises coming out of the Hitz Building.. and it's not music. More details asap....

Oct 17	Wild News: Well, news for people who listen to Wild CDs... Alex K - who's contributed quite a few megamixes to the series, was interviewed in this weeks 3d World. (published 11/10/99 - page 30.) Alex talks about his work with Wild, production, djing, plus his new mixed compilation CD, Kickin Hard . Hitz News: Although February 2000 is strongly rumoured to be the next date for a Hitz broadcast, I hear that the station may be back earlier than that. As usual.. more info when I can get it! Finally, if you haven't visited our ~~Messageboard~~ recently, you just won't know what's going on! Some of the more popular topics have included.. Oct 10	Well, it seems my 'hot rumour' is true after all! Wild Brisbane will be back on December 12. (You'll just have to wear out Wild 8 till then) By the way, we want YOUR opinion on our messageboard. This month - you can complete this sentence.. The hottest track at the moment is.. Well.. don't just sit there.. tell us which track is blowing your mind! In other news, Adrian (our 21 cd winner in June) now has his own unofficial Hitz site up!
