Project CsBoard

I've added the PGN viewer functionality and added a plugin layer to make it modular. Check out the print functionality. The gnome print api was too low-level and I had to write a wrapper to handle everything from generating multiple pages, word wrap etc. If there is a better way to do this, please let me know.
