2. No boot programs will be loaded when we are in a meeting. Only load boots with the owner's premssion. Meetings are for keeping the peace not starting wars!
3. Anyone wanting to be a member will have an oreintation period til the next shceduled meeting. This is so we can get to know you before voting.
4. EVERYONE will have a chance to vote, even if it's via email, votes sent via email please send to [email protected] ( votes sent via email must be sent before Sunday's meetings.)
5. When/If you are called into a room to help, use common sense. ALWAYS talk to the Leaders of any chat groups in the room. Find out what groups are regulars of the room. Ask them if they need your help or have them contact one of the RW Leaders. DO NOT go into the room and start booting without asking questions first.
6. ALWAYS put the trouble person on ignore. NEVER boot anyone without using ignore or talking to the person first.
7. If you are a member of this family, we will NOT tolerate you being in another chat group at the same time! Applying for another chat family while still a Raven will NOT be tolerated!! NO EXCEPTIONS! NO EXCUSES! YOUR NAME WILL BE STRIPPED!
8. Whenever there is a problem, ALWAYS inform a Leader. Even if the problem has been resolved. We need to know what's going on to decide weather fureher action needs to be taken.
9. Meetings will be held every Sunday at 7PM Central Time. We know not every member will be able to attend every meeting. We will take attendance of who's present. If you can't make it to the meeting let a Leader know so you will be accounted for. Those who can't attend will be informed of what happened via NewsLetter.
10. Any member is allowed to be invisible at anytime. Let a Leader know when you are so we know who's online and who's invisible. We understand if you want to do your own thing. Leaders will be lit up at all times, unless they let another Leader know.
11. NO recriting anyone from other groups! NO recruiting anyone from Single Parents Rooms! This is an act of war! Your name will be stripped! If apprached by a member of another family on this, contact one of our Leaders.
12. Keep all personal vendettas out of the family. We will back every member, but will not tolerate anyone using programs for their own personal problems while in their RW name. Anyone joining us just for these programs will not be tolerated!
13. Every new member will be on a 2 week probation period after being voted in. Those who haven't been online much in that period will have an extended Probation. You must spend time with us, so we can fully trust you. This is also your time to see if you can trust us. No one has to stay a member if they don't feel it's for them. After Probation is up we will require each new member to contact a Leader to figure out which programs are best for them if any.
14. Most important in this family, it's a FAMILY. There will be hard times and good times. Any problems you have within the family, with any member, it it can't be resolved between those involved, then a Leader or the Founder will step in. If a Leader steps in they must listen to all sides. If a resolution still can't be made, then it will be brought up to the whole group. We built this group as a family and any problems will be solved as one if need be. The Founder and one or more Leaders together can decide removal of feathers.
15. ALL Leaders must have Allies on their lists, even if it's just the Founders or Leaders. Other Members may also add but don't have to. It is encouraged for everyone to have Ally Leaders on their lists.
16. When voting comes up at a meeting, and you want your vote to count you must let a Leader know your vote before the meeting. ONLY the Founder can vote in place of a Leader.
17. No one is to tell a Member what their votes are unless its a Leader or the Founder.
18. All potential members MUST be online and present at the time of voting them in. Can't vote on you if you aren't here.
19. Any member in this family that has a spouse or live-in relationship, it is strongly DISCOURAGED seeking another love interest relationship with another member of this family.
20. No ADULT member will have a relationship with any MINORS in this family! When it is found out, both members will be stripped!
21. The Founder (Luna) does NOT date ANY Memeber or Leader! ( She does not date members and who's she dating CAN NOT be a member)
