May 16, 2006 - This has been a long hard road for this family, and I see a long hard road ahead of us.  One thing that keeps me going, the thought of us becoming what we have the potential to be.  I as a Founder get my strength from all of you, and I hope you as Members get your strength from me.  Together we can and will make this family the best one on Yahoo.  So, hang in there everyone, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger!...
August 26, 2003  We were created..  almost called Demonz Fury, and our first site was under that name.  Luna, CowboyTex, Prophecy, Goddess, TenderHeart, Diamond were the original members on that day.  We have since lost most of them to things in life that need more attention.  We never thought that this family would be around as long as it has.  We had our site, rules, and questionare all set up on that very first meeting.  Little did we know that we would become so much more.  This new site has been made due to our old one being destroyed, a lot of history is gone, but we aren't looking into the past, but preparing for the future of this family.  The basis of why it was created, why it lasted, are still used to this very day.  We must being doing something right to have last 3 years.
Our first 1st Ldr was Luna, til it was decided that she was taking too much on.  At that time Cowboy Tex became 1st Ldr, other 1st Ldrs include Prophecy, Shadow, Tanks, Crash, DK, AJ, TenderHeart, and others.

1. Work Shop - DK
     (A) Finding programs, Testing programs, Teaching programs- Ytunnel, Firewalla, IP Hiders
     (B) Teaching basic maintence on PCs
     (C) Helping ALL Members on any problems with their PC
     (D) Keeping the Yahoo Group Data Base updated( (YOU teach something YOU update the database)


2.  New Members -  Luna  ,Kodiac ,Goddess , DK, Dragoness
     (A) Records of Probation and Questionnaires (DK, Luna)
     (B) Making all names for ALL NEW MEMBERS, making sure to add their nickname and our site to their profiles ( Luna) 
     (C) Explain to them about Probation (Kodiac)
     (D) Make sure they know about the RW email account (Dragoness)
     (E) Contacting potential members and set them up for Sunday's Meeting (Goddess)
      (F) Sending out the public part of the Questionnaires to everyone in the group (Dragoness)
      (G) Putting their Birthdays, Probations, and RW email Addresses in our LDR account (Dragoness)
       (H) Potential members who have been in other groups- check with their former group on their status (DK)


3. NewsLetters (Weekly and Monthly) -Goddess until Chaos returns
        (A) Making the NewsLetter every Friday (Goddess)and Monday (Luna)
        (B) Make sure you get the Meeting Memo from Luna or from whoever held the Meeting (Dragoness)
        (C)  Make Monthly Newletters for Allies - Who's new, Who's left us, Problems we feel Allies should know of (Luna)


4. Website -  Kodiac & Luna
       (A) Updating the site -  adding new members, Deleting members' names, moving names to the Leader page, Founder's Blog, Information page (Luna)  for  fdr blog, updating (kodiac)


5. Allies - Luna
        (A) Recruiting New Allies (Luna)
        (B) Setting up a time to vote on new Allies (Luna)
        (C) Dealing with problems that involves Allies - between allies and members, Etc. (Luna)


6. Avatars -  Luna
         (A) Creating and distrubting avatars (Luna)


7. Group Issues - ALL LEADERS
           (A) Disputes between members
           (B) Disputes between members and chatters
           (C) Room Problems - use your best judgement when trying to control a room


8. Meetings -  Dragoness
           (A) Making Memos for meetings and to be used for NewsLetters- make sure Luna gets a copy of all memos (Dragoness)
            (B) Keeping track of attendance (Dragoness)


9. Member Votes - Luna, Goddess
             (A) Keep a record of which Leader got the votes at each Meeting (Goddess)
             (B) Collect votes from members who were not able to attend the Meeting but still want their vote to count (Goddess)
             (C) Votes on Leaders go to ONLY Luna


10.Activities - EVERYONE
              (A) Finding a room for activities
              (B) Monday - for updating, Tuesday - Game Nite, Wednesday - Room Hopping Nite, Thursday - Nakkie Nite, Friday - DJ Nite, Saturday  - Free Nite, Sunday - Meeting
