THE INITIAL CONSULTATION (APPROXIMATELY 5 HOURS) IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE, AND ANY DESIGN TIME OVER AND ABOVE THAT IS $40/HOUR.IF THE TOTAL COST SEEMS TO BE MUCH GREATER THAN THE COST OF OUR STOCK PLANS, KEEP IN MIND THAT WHEN YOU PURCHASE A HOME THAT IS ALREADY DESIGNED, THERE WILL ALMOST ALWAYS BE CHANGES TO THE PLAN, AND WHEN YOU ADD THE COST OF THESE CHANGES TO YOUR INITIAL COST, IT IS SIMILAR TO WHAT YOU WOULD PAY FOR A STOCK PLAN.
