My Poetry

Ghostdancing

A million tiny impulses, just electronic dreams,
Become my words and images, a hundred silent screams,
A lonely heart, a battered soul, I reach into the void,
Every plea my mind perceives is shamelessly employed.
Love me, want me, need me, the silent pulses cry,
Glance into this shattered dream and let the Raven fly.
And so I cast myself adrift, upon this binary sea,
Look within, bare your soul and dance the ghost with me
!

Circle of Wings by Jody Bergsma

Hawk in the east brings the energy of alert anticipation at the dawn.
Hummingbird in the south, the symbol for youth and innocence.
Owl in the west at dusk,  teaches the grace of silence.
Raven in the north at midnight, the one who comes from the void.
He brings messages from the divine source, he is the brave one
who brought the Sun to the world
so that mankind could live in the light.
My poetry falls broadly into three categories.
Some words would be comfortable in all three,
whilst others do not seem at home anywhere!
What can I do?  I simply put them where they cause the least fuss.
To make things easier for you, my readers,
the following are links to those three categories:
Romance and Erotica
Faith and Spirituality
Philosophy and Ideas
