"stole", sure beats re-inventing the wheel and just think of the money you save on R&D. The Chinese have elevated that "stealing" to a fine art. They just take what works and make it better. Probably, why they have "allowed" some free enterprise to prosper and not gone by the book on Communism as have the Russians.
