And yet to spite our best effort it's still possible for us to make errors, Because by their very nature Antique /Vintage Collectibles ARE likely "USED" it is undoubtably also more likely we MAY overlook some flaw/s, or make some inadvertant error of a descriptive, or a historical detail/s, and we do think it is completely "reasonable" for us to "correct that". We sincerely hope that our clients will find our remedy is a fair solution.

Note ALL these limitations apply to ALL returns/refunds:

Ya MUST report disatisfaction to R&R immediately upon receipt of item! As confirmed by article's Canada Post tracking number.

Ya need to "report" the "reason" for requesting the "return" of item as ONLY in case of oversight on R&R's part within article description or representation, will refund be permitted. We do NOT permit an item return for any loss or damage/s caused during "shipping"! Such incidents fall exclusively under shipping insurance jurisdiction, though we of course assist in submission of any required claim, and see that it is properly settled.

We refund ONLY AFTER item is RETURNED to possession of R&R in the EXACT "condition" that it was originally shipped in apart from "reported erroneous flaw" of course.

Our "rating" always appears at "beginning"of item "description" to serve as a quick "pointer to flaws" noted for an item.
VERY BEST Is "PRISTEEN"or MINT with NO defect at all!
VERY GOOD "EXCELLANT" cond. BUT VERY MINOR flaw.
ONLY GOOD Is "VERY GOOD"cond. BUT notable defect.
ONLY FAIR Some "significant" defect or damage noted. We only seldomly, due rarity, offer "ONLY FAIR" items.
ONLY POOR Please be aware; only under a VERY unique circumstance would you EVER see an "ONLY POOR" rating on ANY item which Rare&Reasonable would offer to our clients, however in occurence of extreme rarity or collectability etc. wherein a market value is "unaffected" by condition of such item it IS still used then quite simply as "a matter of principal".
