Whad wunder t' be joyous!
       T' forgive people right in dare face!
 Why feel regret when dah sun 's a' shinnin'?
       Uren't we all a' part of dah human race?

 T' be joyous is t' sing wid budderflies 'n manure,
         t' feel sunbeams on yo' face, 
t' gots' no regrets,
vain hopes o' pretensions 'n openly forgive ou'wa mistakes.

   T' be joyous is t' see every wahtahmellun as ah miracle,
   and t' know whad it be t' be alive!
         Rememba' we all be deeply connected -
               like little-ass cherries in a big fat sky!

 T' be joyous is t' see each ding as a miracle,
         and t' know it's a wonder tah be alive,
    it is t' remember we be all connected
         as links t' somethin' mighty.

How vain it is t' boast of money -
   or t' dink yo'wa brain be superfine.

 Nature gots no need 'f pretension
    and id 's good tah' remember
 ou'wa links wid fresh manure
           'er still alive.

                     ASPIRATIONS

                                               I.

                               What we are today
             is but a fraction of what we could be.

                        There is more inside of us
                       than we have dared to see.

                         We are flickering candles
                          in a star-studded night.

          Though we produce some illumination
               the stars are infinitely more bright.

                    We could shimmer so strongly
                  and shine with such luminosity!

        Why are we still tinkering with ephemera
          When there are countless worlds to see?

                  Rejoice as flickering mosquitoes
                 against the backdrop of eternity!

                    Through conscious intensity
                 the world can seem more bright.
                          Breath softly and listen:
               Your heart contains abundant light.

                                              II.

                        What produces the night?
                We should understand this deeply.
         Does illumination only come through day?
 Why are we obsessed with post-dawn experiences?
             Can't the stars also sing of mysteries
                      and speak in intimate ways?

             Night is the Mother of Illumination:
                                 from Her Womb
                 spring forth all songs and shapes
              transforming the this world's canvas
                             into luminous space.

      Therefore would-be artists should remember:
                    Darkness is the Womb of Day.

                                              III.

                    Do not try to light my candle -
                      I must learn to do it myself.
            Until we learn how to strike the match
                         and prepare the kindling
                        the flame will never catch.

                                    Strike boldly
                           when the time is right.
                                     Before then
                              dare to write poetry
                  and dream of the stars at night.

     Yes - there are moments worth waxing poetic!
        The illumination of art is worth everything!
    Though it seems foolish to delight in epherema
                        as our forests grow richer
                          we find new discoveries.

                                            IV.

     What we of Star-Studded Origins must realize
               is that there infinite ways to create
                and there's more life in each forest
                           than we can calculate.

                   Since we're flickering candles
                         it's worth producing art -
            the brightest moments can be radiant
     even mediocre moments can reduce the dark.

              Though most literature is unnoticed
                    and most art dies in obscurity
                       we are born for brilliance -
                          why accept mediocrity?

             There is more to us than stardust -
                         of this there is certainty.
              We can also touch the works of Plato
                and contemplate pure geometries.

                           Though wisdom is rare
                      nurture moments of insight.
              Remember to prepare your matches
              and relish when you touch the light!
