In May of last year the Arana Quellora Organization set up a legitimate banking firm known as the Interweb Investment bank. This banking firm was the brain child of a close friend of Raphael�s, Karl-Dietrich Levin who at the time was one of the founding members of the German branch of the Crying Spider group along with Alexander Leinegger. The Interweb bank is a legitimate front of operations for the Crying Spider group; there are no traces of any of the illegal operations and dirty money that passes through the A.Q.O hands, even thought the money of the I.F.I.B and the building itself is manipulated by both the board of the A.Q.O and the kingpin himself. This was seen to by Alex Leinegger, who not only excels as a computer whiz, but one of the best men to ask for if you need things covered up. Earlier in the year the I.F.I.B relocated from its main offices in Cynit to Meadow Vista which the main branch is currently located. A few months ago Oceanic banking was sold by the owner to K.D Levin. I.F.I.B took this chance to expand its already large grasp over banking by setting up much smaller satellite branches across America in old Oceanic buildings. The I.F.I.B has now made plans to assume a few of the old Oceanic Buildings in Seattle and establish a large scale following. |
