As power grew within the organization, the original founding members began investing money within overseas illegal interest to double the already high income and assets that they already held. These over seas venues ranged from insider trading in the United States to drug supplying in Central and South American locations. In 1996, the Arana Quellora over drew itself in these over sea's investments, facing possible bankruptcy and the losses of all assets after a large scale drug raid in Sucre Bolivia. In December 17, 1992, a French merchant under the name Thibualt Guillaume, who was currently in a relationship with Karyn De�Laceria, daughter of Miguel, invested large sums of euros into the Arana Quellora. He was given the seat of power as Kingpin of the Arana Quellora and served until his untimely death eight years later at the bullet of an assassin.
After Guillaume's passing, the Arana Quellora should have been turned over to the next rightful owner of the group, but instead as a show of respect and honor to Thibualt's name it was given to his blood child, Raphael. The Arana Quellora in May 2001 set up a small front in a city called Cynit. Cynit was a wealth of new business and possibilities. In Cynit the A.Q.O reemerged as Interweb Financial Investment Bank. With the I.F.I.B in place, the A.Q.O set up yet another base of operations in Seattle Washington. Using the money that the Bank generates, the Arana Quellora maintains it�s unfettered strangle hold on many black market drugs and weapons from Spain and Germany.
