Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground lean hamburger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 10 oz. can Campbell's onion soup
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 3 15 oz. cans red beans, undrained
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
Directions
Pack beef and salt in a 10-inch skillet and heat covered on low for 20 minutes.Drain.
Add all other ingredients to beef mixture.
Simmer for 25 minutes covered.
Yields 6 servings.
