This web page was created as a school project in Lincoln, Nebraska. I chose to create a web page about soups because I sincerely enjoy the warmth of soup on a cold day - which we seem to have plenty of in wintry Nebraska! Also, my mother is an extremely good cook, and has done wonders with these recipies. Quite frankly, my mom's soups always seem to disappear when she makes them!
