Trained officers & supervisors on TQM of West Bokaro Collieries, Jamadova mines, Noamundi & Joda iron ore mines, Jharia & Digvadih, Phagli mines(Bhutan).
Trained officers & supervisors on TQM & related subjects for Tata Steel marketing & sales headquarters, Tata Centre, Calcutta & all 24 branches all over the countries.
Authored eight handbooks (for internal circulation) & many TQM related articles.
Implemented & institutionalised QMS ISO 9001 for the training department of Tata Steel, one of the first training organisation to achieve ISO 9001 in India.
Implemented & institutionalised EMS ISO 14001 for Tata Steel works department.
Implemented & institutionalised QS ISO 9000 for Hot Strip Mill(HSM) & Cold Rolling Mill(CRM) of Tata Steel.
Introduced a new training programme for Tata Steel Officers titled "Statistical Process Control.
Introduced an interactive session inviting top executive from various other Indian TQM companies.
Introduced 5S concept at Tata Steel.
Conducted Training Programmes & facilitated TQM for organisations like La Farge Cement, Timken India, Indian Oil Corporation, Tata Pigments, Tata Electrics, Tata Robins Fraser, Tata Ryerson, Stewarts & Llyods India etc.
Participate regularly in ISO 9001 Internal Audit at Tata Steel.
Participate regularly in ISO 14001 EMS Audit at Tata Steel.
Participated regularly in Audit of Tata Business Excellence Model.
Participate in 5S Audit.
Contribution in getting the JRD QV Award.
Contribution in developing 5245 Quality Circles in Tata Steel.
