Reqruitment
All Reqruitment is done by individual clans. Most wanted are experienced ship-builders, Raiders, Escourts, and a few traders. However, it is understood that a full alliance without a newer person is almost impossible. We also would want at least one person who knows IRC and can set up and help with the channels. Also, as stated above, we need a War General (Raid Leader) and Grand Master (Escourt Leader) in each clan.

-Must have and use IRC
-Must be loyal to the Emperor 1st, Shogun 2nd, and the Dayimo of your caln third
Laws & Guidelines
-IRC is to be used whenever you are on tdzk, it is requested that you register your nick asap. Private channels will be blocked as soon as we have someone who can do it.

Ship Building
Anyone can design ships, however, for any ship design to be "offical," it must be certified by a Clan Shipbuilder

Quelar Traders
Planets
All planets belong to the Emperor and the Clans. Anyone may have adminstrativeship over a planet but if the owner leaves, the planet must be handed to a remaining clan member. Landing will be permetind on all planers. Allies will be able to land on one planet (Neutral Drones). The rest will be aggied.
Council
-On Mondays around 19:00 GT, all members of the Clans in a Leadership position (Everyone with a special jon) are to meet in the council Room. It is asked you come at least once a month
Leaders will discuss relations, magor clan raids, and new impplements, adaptations, and ideas.
-On Tuesdays at 19:00 GT, all members are invited to meet for a full council. All matters will be discussed, topics are things to be sent to the leadership council and decsions by the leadership council as well as new ideads, etc., etc.

Money
From 0 to 3 Billion, clan members only need tdonate a minimum of 500 million a week to their aa. From 3 to 5 Billion you need to donate half of what you make. From 5 Billion to 8 nillion memebrs need to donate 75% of their income. At 8 Billion, all money you make should go to your Alliance Account.
Escourts don't need to donate for the 3 billion but haver that they follow the rules.
Raiders donate half the income of a raid till 6 billion, than everything goes in
If someone needs money talk to your Dayimo or someone on leadership who handles money.
