Leaving & Traitors
-Anyone who leaves without notifying their dayimo and or the Emperor or Shogun shall be considered a traitor and banned from all the clans.
-All Multi's are automatically considered traitors and will be banned immediately as well as turned in to the admin.
-If someone wishes to leave and is given permission, they may leave without punishment. However, they must receive permission from there Dayimo, the Shogun, or the Emperor. They must also check with them if they wish to return and must receive permission to come back into the alliance.
-Switching clans is permitted as long as the Dayimos of each clan know of it and approve.

-Are to certify designs for offical status
-Design Offical Ships for the clans and to organize the Shizomu Fourm
