Brugge is a great spot to sample the Belgian national dish of moules et frites -- steamed mussels with a side of fries. Wash it down with a fresh Belgian beer, with dozens of varieties available, each served in their own distinctive glass. And for dessert, rich Belgian chocolate. Not hard to find, since every Belgian city has a chocolate shop on every corner!
